I will never do buisness here again. I made an online order (in advance) to pick up 6 mini cheesecakes as well as 6 vegan cheesecakes and a birthday banner. My order was supposed to be ready for 11. I called at 10:45 to make sure it was ready, of course it was not. I went over my order and was told "I will have to check with the chef to see if we have vegan ones". I said I'm confused since my order was supposed to be ready for 11...to which I was told we are overwhelmed with orders and that it should be ready by 12. Funny because when I got there I said I'm here for an online order and I wasn't asked for my name or anything. So I must have been the only order? Then I was only given half my order. Basically nothing was ready, even after calling. To top it all off I was then told they lost my birthday banner. I'm pretty sure they never made it. They did not even offer to make a new one, but instead was offered a generic happy birthday cake topper for free. The vegan cheesecakes seemed like they didn't have time to set as they were falling apart.

I advise people to not order online because it's pointless and they really don't care or put any effort to correct any mistakes. I was really bummed out since it was for a 70th birthday.

Don't get the Pina colada flavor of cheesecake it is quite disgusting. As are the vegan cheesecakes, they aren't sweet and actually taste sour. Sour is a great word to describe my experience with this place....

Quality, fresh cheesecakes if you're ever feeling like a quick bite. I'm not much of a cheesecake fan, but the Cheesecake Bar won me over. There is a big variety of cheesecakes to choose from that all make me drool. You can order a simple Nutella cheesecake all the way to a coffee cheesecake. They're beautifully decorated, and are perfectly served on a petite platter. The coffees are delicious as well, and is the best I've had in years. Prices are a little high for what little you get, but it's totally worth it. The inside is very aesthetically pleasing, reminding me of staged photos you see in 90s styled Instagram posts. The area where it is located fits with the atmosphere of the restaurant. The scenery feels homely and the hill looks pretty. I rated this location only 4 out of 5 stars due to the little portions you receive. You can always order another plate, but the price tag made me hesitant to have seconds. The second complaint I have is how close the store is to the road. It makes me feel uneasy driving into the parking because of how close I get to the building. I would recommend to stop by here with friends, and maybe even take some photos and share...

It was my son’s b-day last weekend and i ordered online 2 cakes, the cannoli one for saturday and the Nutella crepe one for sunday. Don’t get me wrong they wore both delicious but the service very poor. First of all i asked them to write Happy B-day on the cakes, they didn’t on any of them. I asked the delivery that i paid extra for to be for 12 cause we had b-day party on saturday and sunday. On Saturday at 10am i heard the door bell, i opened the door at my cake was on the ground and the delivery guy was already back is his car. What if i wasn’t home at that time? Saturday it was very sunny, what would of happened to that cannoli cake being in the sun for 2 hours??? Sunday the cake was supposed to arrive again at 12, i was waiting for it cause i had to leave with it. 30 min passed and no one came or called to advise me it would be late.
