Went to the drive through Sunday October 27th at 10:25 placed two orders on 2 separate bills as my friend was attempting to place a third order (on a third bill) the girl taking the order said that we have to either go inside or drive around and re order. In the meantime my friend was already placing an order on her mobile app. She then told the drive through girl that she will not add a bill and she placed the order through the app thinking it would be less complicated for all of us. The order placed through the mobile app was already paid at this point. The girl working at the drive through started yelling at us arguing that it will “f up the system” we went to the window and her colleague working (young Asian male) seemed confused and asked us what’s happening. We explained and he went to talk to the girl who seemed very upset for some reason. From the drive through window we could hear her yelling at him and told him to shut up multiple times which we thought was very unprofessional towards us and HIM especially. It is not a way to treat clients or co workers. Absolutely no respect all this for a third bill / order? We all felt very bad for the young male and thanked him for a wonderful service. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Sainte dorothe location on December 22 at 3:23 I arrived at your restaurant approximately half an hour before the scheduled menu switch time, only to be informed by the staff that the restaurant was closing early and that I could not be served.
This early closure and refusal of service were highly disappointing, as it was well before the advertised time for the menu change. Not only did this create inconvenience, but it also reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer care expected from a reputable chain like McDonald's.
I request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation for why this occurred. I also hope steps will be taken to ensure that customers are not subjected to such disruptions in the future, especially when they are arriving well within operating hours.

At 11:08pm a mobile order was made through my account to this McDonald’s restaurant totalling $9.55. There was no two factor authentication in the app or any verification of who’s picking up the food. When I called McDonald’s Canada, all I got from McDonald’s was a “sorry” and that they are “investigating”. I had to get the credit card company to reverse the charges and cancel the card.
