On Monday, we arrived at the drive-thru around 11:40 PM and were served by an employee named Bal. From the beginning of the interaction, Bal was unprofessional and discourteous. She repeatedly responded with “han,” failed to understand our order or the code we provided, and instructed us in a rude and aggressive tone to turn off our vehicle. At no point did she politely ask us to speak louder or clarify the issue — instead, she issued abrupt and disrespectful commands. After several attempts to repeat our order, she finally understood. When we reached the window, we expressed that we found her behavior to be rude. In response, she began to argue with us and then closed the service window in our faces. Additionally, we were not provided with a receipt, which, to my understanding, is required by law. When I requested it, she handed it over and proceeded to tell us, word for word : “Never come back here. Go to a different McDonald’s. Hope to never see you again.”
In disbelief at the way we were treated, we entered the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. We were stunned to learn that the same individual — the one who had just treated us so poorly — was claiming to be the manager on duty.
This was not merely poor service — it was an insulting and degrading interaction that no customer should have to endure. At no point did this employee offer an apology or attempt to de-escalate the situation. A simple, professional response such as, “I’m having trouble hearing you, please speak louder or come to the window,” would have sufficed. Instead, we were met with hostility and disrespect.
I have video documentation of this incident and intend to escalate this matter to corporate offices and share it on social media. It is appalling that an employee representing your brand — especially one claiming to be a manager — would treat customers in such a way. This experience has left us with a profoundly negative impression of...
Read moreDear McDonald's Management,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Samson Laval location on December 22 at 3:12 am I arrived at your restaurant approximately one hour before the scheduled menu switch time, only to be informed by the staff that the restaurant was closing early and that I could not be served.
This early closure and refusal of service were highly disappointing, as it was well before the advertised time for the menu change. Not only did this create inconvenience, but it also reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer care expected from a reputable chain like McDonald's.
I request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation for why this occurred. I also hope steps will be taken to ensure that customers are not subjected to such disruptions in the future, especially when they are arriving well within operating hours.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and...
Read moreWe go here a lot many times and usually always order French fries. Now that they’ve changed their system they asked us to wait at reserve number 1, this guy came to deliver the fries and we asked for extra salt and pepper , obviously it’s your job to walk and deliver whatever the order is and any number of times you would have to in a day. That guy was super rude and said that we should’ve asked for it at the window , not that we knew they were going to ask us to wait further at the reserve point and close the window by then due to COVID regulations! We told him that we didn’t know as well that we were to wait here and instead of apologising or being okay with just walking few steps again to get what we asked for, he started arguing that we should’ve mentioned it earlier. Dude if you don’t like your job please find something else to do rather than throwing tantrums on the customers or just bloody Shutup and walk and deliver whatever the customer needs and something that he...
