I couldn’t understand the bad reviews because I’m actually really not picky But now I UNDERSTAND !! they Sent me the wrong pizza and didn’t even fix it . I called to change to delivery all of a sudden my order is changed , I called back to tell them and they pretty much said too bad when they can see I place the same order all the time. Why would i lie ? U can see I always order pepperoni stuffed crust !!! Well too bad for yu Pizza Hut u officially lost me as a customer. I even called the restaurant super mad and they didn’t do anything ; pretty sure the owner answered , no help at all customer service zero, she kept saying it’s customer service, but the problem is that they know me very well and she should’ve just fixed it and dealt with customer service after!!!! the cheapest worse Pizza Hut !!! good luck, I will never ever refer anyone again and I will continuously warn ppl . They don’t care if your a good customer, save your loyalty for a respectful place. note: I was coming atleast 1-2 times a week for pick up or delivery , restaurant wasn’t even close to closing and I live 3 stop signs away thats how much they don’t care about loyalty! I even saw my Neighbor left a bad review , comeon guys u should really read your reviews and ACTUALY DO something about it !!! Good luck… UPDATE* I told my bf to stop ordering there and he continued and they kept messing up his orders but he doesn’t mind that stuff I do … so he orders a pizza today and it arrived squashed and kind of merged into each other squashed as if it fell and when he called they said they can replace it … the new pizza comes and I think it was the manager (we live 2 mins away) and he said the squashed pizza is fine and that that happens during delivery and that he shouldn’t order there anymore lolllllll i don’t know if the guy is drifting down the street 3 stop signs away but that’s not normal lol …. Read moreI've ordered 1st time pizza it came 45 minutes late but they said its gonna take 30 minutes but when I asked about this they said we will give you credit 20$ discount but when we ordered 2nd time they said that they didn't have any record of that along with this our order also came 35 minute late with missing fries that we also payed we are still waiting for our fries and when we called the central service they said we will give you credit instead of fries but we said we wanted fries it has been more than an hour I called pizza hut they said go to the store and complain there i will recommend to all the customers not to waste money and their time here they have really bad service i experienced 2 times i would recommend to order somewhere...

If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed an order with Pizza Hut, and they completely messed it up. Instead of owning their mistake, they refused to take responsibility. We asked for a replacement, offering to return the incorrect pizza, but they wouldn’t do it. Instead, they expected us to pay for a whole new one!
To make things worse, they had the nerve to demand a higher tip, even though we already paid a delivery fee and planned to tip the driver separately. Apparently, five dollars wasn’t enough for them. The customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to work with us.
