Delicia — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I have been coming to this resto for some time now. I have always been impressed by everything until this Friday. I went to the restaurant with and my fiance, got seated. The waitress came to take our order, literally leaned herself next to me on the bench. Took the order and left. She seemed nice at first, odd but that was fine. I had ordered a chicken brochette plate. The peices in my plate were the size of my fist which was okay. I cut through the first chunk and it was extremely under cooked. I waited till the waitress came back. She never did. I called her over and explained that I am not one to exchange food.. she grabbed the plate and told me she would have them re cook it. I said I was in a hurry and I'd take a wrap instead. She left and I waited. 30 min later, my bf finished his plate. She still did not come. We got up and walked to pay. And I told her to kindly forget about what I ordered because I had to go. She was frustrated and said "Well the food is not on call here they have to cook it". Like whoah. She was so upset, brought the receipt, no apology, nothing. I had never left a restaurant without a tip, and that time I did. Never going back there. Again! Very...

Update 2025: 2 star (down from 4)

While there is still good food, it's several times over the past few months there is one waitress for the entire restaurant. This leads to huge delays of 25 minutes plus to make an order, forgwtting about you, no drink refills or check in and long waits to pay.

While the food is good, it's just a fact that the service has gotten inadequate. Why there is always one person taking orders who also takes phone orders and helps people pay their bill, is likely to be a sign of bad management.

Be wary of wait times if this doesnt improve. Will review again in the future.

I ordered two mix combo sandwiches with Greek salad. Food arrived an hour and twenty minutes after I ordered and it was cold as hell. This was the second time where I waited for so long and food was not at par. I would not recommend them for delivery option. Ps It would have been nice to know that Greek salad has an extra charge (5$) and isn’t included with your plate choices. Spoke to Peter from restaurant , and was told only the lettuce salad is included with your plates and that with non apologetic tone towards a customer. I would definitely think twice before I eat...
