PFK — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Definitely not even worth 1 star.

I placed an order on the PFK website for delivery and waited 40 minutes before calling to ask where the order was and the employee who answered said she didn’t know…

Asked if she had received the order confirmation and she confirmed she did but was still clueless as to why my order wasn’t sent for delivery, then she went on to say that no drivers were working currently.

I inquired when the drivers would be available and she couldn’t give me an answer.

Ended up going in person to pick up my order and it was incomplete.

I verified with the employee if everything was in the bag and she said yes, opened the bag right in front of her and guess what!? It was missing a couple of items.

I then asked for the refund on the delivery & tip fee, which she gave the money back for the tip but not for the delivery…I asked a second time for the refund for the delivery fee and told her that I had to come in person to pick up my order so it makes no sense to pay for a delivery fee. She completely ignored me and walked away to attend the next client.

This location was also pretty dirty, the floors and tables were disgusting.

Definitely not going to order or eat at KFC anymore, there are way better fried chicken restaurants out there.

Highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs.

I sent an email to KFC and they never replied back to me, which shows how much they value...

Honestly I'd put half a star or no star at all if it allowed. I went in at 7:15 and didn't leave until 7:50 for a simple 4 piece order. Upon getting there the cashier was very rude and clearly not having a great day. Which is fine but what is unacceptable is the way she spoke too and treated both her customers and coworkers. She continually argued with her employees, gave customers grief and kept rolling her eyes at every little inconvenience. Before I could even order she rudely told us she cant take any more orders which took 10 minutes. Before she would. And once she finally took my order then they ran out of chicken and said it would be 25 minutes after having already waited. People would inquire about their order and she would respond with attitude telling them they have to wait. Which waiting is fine but there are better ways to speak to someone. Would not recommend this location to anyone. After finally recieving my food another customer who ordered well before me got a little frustrated as she had been waiting longer. And politely asked for a refund and recieved attitude in response. Out of ten I'd give them half a star. Definitely will not be going back to this location. The customer service was atrocious and...

First time at KFC in many years and quite possibly the last time. Made order for take out online to have food ready when we got there. Long lineup of people, it was dinner rush after all. No clear indications of how to pickup up our order in restaurant, waited in line with other customers and noticed line was not really moving at all. Cashier seemed really not interested in her job, very inarticulate when speaking with customers, maybe it was her chewing gum that made her very incoherent. While waiting noticed that floors were very dirty, as were chairs and tables. Some people started complaining about wait times and cashier told everyone they ran out of chicken !!!! I almost fell down when I heard it, but thank god I didn't because I would probably need antibiotics judging by cleanliness of the floor.
