AVOID AT ALL COST.
I used to order from here before covid. Since covid, it's not just downhill, it's the worst thing ever. Always mistake in simple order, last 2 times I got food I got sick (I waited 6 months between visit and though maybe it was something else).
I though maybe after 2 years or so, it got better? Not at all.
I ordered to go a 14in #3 super vedette which is steak, pepperoni, fried oignon and melted cheese. Took the 7 in free as taureau qui rit which is steak, fried oignons and melted cheese. All subs come standards with Vincent spices blend, lettuce, tomatoes, oregano except #15 and #16.
If you look at the picture, I got the basic stuff in it. There's no garnish. So I called them saying hey, I got my order but I only have meats and fried oignons. There might be cheese but since I haven't touch anything, I can't say if it's hidden underneat. They told me to come back with the subs and they will add. The garnish.
Now think about that. It take 15 minutes to drive to my house. I was explaining this for 10 minutes cause the cashier doesn't understand French or English properly. The subs is hard and cold. If I brind them back, have then garnish and come back, the subs will be at least an hour old, very cold and hard. No, please prepare me new one and ship them to me (I know the deliver to my house) cause I'm working and can't leave home.
After another 5 minutes with her, I was switched to somebody else where I explained again everything. He again wanted me to come to add the garnish. Them he agreed to deliver only the garnish (original problem of cold and hard sub still apply). I said just deliver me new one and I'll swap it. Ok, I'll transfer you to her to take the order. I get transfer to cashier again which take my order and tell me it's 23$. No.......
Get transfered again to another man that argue it was ok. Then I finally get it will be shipped. I hang up and get a call 2 minutes after. It's the cashier to take the order. I spell to her in French and English but she keep adding letter to my 6 letters street name and changing it. Finally get it and we hang up.
I get another call! This time a man which tell me the subs is exactly what I ordered without garnish. I said again I never asked for that and all I want is the sub like it's suppose to. I'm telling him that after 30 minutes on the phone with them and multiple call just to get it fixed, it's a very very bad customer service. I tell him deliver me new one that we swapped or I'm calling my card for reverse charge. He take my order AGAIN! Explain me what's in it and says yes, that's what I want original untouched nothing removed. Ok. We hang up.
I get another call! The cook call me and says I'm a lier saying there's no meat and only oignons. Never I said that! I tried to explain to him but he non stop call me lier and that all I want is free stuff (while I never asked for anything free) and then he hang up on me.
I call my boss and ask for rest of day off cause I need to get this fix. I drive there and talk to the guy. He start telling me see there's pepperoni, there's oignons, there steak, it's your order. I asked what I said was missing. He said I only had oignons. I replied again saying that's not what I said, is aid there's meat and oignons. If there's cheese, as i didn't touch anything, I don't see it. He goes in it and get the cheese out with a face saying see there's cheese. I said yes, as I said, I don't see it cause it might be under but there's still stuff missing. He said what? I take the menu and show him the list of everything that is included. He cut me a lot of time and I had to ask him please listen to what I'm saying for a moment. I finally got my money back and no food. And I'm never going...
Read moreI ordered a pizza from them through their online service and after an hour of waiting, it still hadn't arrived, so I called just to make sure my order went through. Lady on the phone told me that no it didn't in fact go through, she offered no apology, nothing, anyway so I placed the same order by phone. After yet another hour of waiting, pizza still didn't show up. An hour and 15 mins after placing my order via phone it finally shows up, and it's cold.I don't mind waiting long for quality food, but an over 2 hour wait for a cold bland pizza is unacceptable. To top it off, they had a promotion where if you order a large pizza you get a free fry. The fry never showed up. The least you can do, when a customer places an order and your system skews it up is to offer an apology! They never did, and they messed up my order....
Read moreOrdered submarines and a large poutine. The subs are tasty, but didn’t have any dressing on them (I was told they ran out of dressing, although it was beginning of the evening). They’re also not very packed with meat for the price. The tomatoes were sliced very thick and still had a solid core, making them inedible.
The poutine was not good at all. The sauce too salty, fries overcooked with an off putting texture. I suspect they were re-fried, but can’t be sure.
Delivery person from their restaurant initially made a mistake and brought me the wrong order, but it was quickly addressed.
