I decided to order Place Vimont pizza since itās a ritual for my family and I. The pizza and fries came by delivery and i was completely disappointed. I opened the box and immediately called the restaurant to make a complaint and see if they can accommodate me since Iām a loyal customer and I just spent 80$ on a pizza. A man by the name of John took the call and told me that thereās nothing they can do and that I would have to re order and get charged full price. I told him that itās unacceptable that you treat your customers this way and I wouldnāt be ordering from them anymore. His answer towards me was ādonāt worry about it we donāt need your money. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe reason for 1 star review is because of the rude service we received over the phone when we called to adjust something on our order (we were owed a credit from a mistake made on a previous order) the lady we spoke to didn't want to hear us out and sounded like we were wasting her time.
So we cancelled our order which was placed on uber eats, and the restaurant charged us a $66 cancellation fee! We cancelled maybe 7-10 mins after the order was placed so we know that the restaurant did not start on it (the lady even said she couldn't find our order yet when we called).
