Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I have 4 things to say.

1. The pizzas are usually very good and tasty.

2. My friend tried their half-moon cheese garlic bread and said the cheese doesn't stretch like other Pizzas Pizzas, which tells me they're being cheap on the cheese and don't put enough cheese. if they put more cheese, id actually buy it every time. but no, they decided to be cheap. So if you want the half-moon garlic cheese , its better to get it from another store.

3. I always order the banana peppers with spicy Italian sausage pizza. I tried Henry Bourassa pizzapizza and i noticed they leave the sausage COMPLETE as it should be ! however the pizza pizza at 241 Samson CUTS them in HALF lol !!! So they make you think there's more sausage but in reality there's only half !! so they are being cheap on the sausage amount they put at the Laval pizzapizza.

4. if you order the thin crust and ask for well-done, your pizza will be burned under with...

Horrible customer service people working their are not friendly at all very arrogant they never suggest the weekly specials and always opt for you to take the most expensive things

I personally kno someone who worked there for 2 days and it was hell the owners treat you wrong and the individual wasn't even paid for the time they worked there's no excuse for not paying someone ....

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese paying for the extra cheese I expected a decent amount but no it wasent the case there was so little cheese I can still see the sauce and dough underneath

Tried a 2nd time a few weeks later same thing extra cheese with barely and cheese on it

Also iv noticed the delivery driver smoking in his car with fresh pizzas just saying that's really...

Pizza pizza laval you mislead your clients by offering movie tickets with the meal. The delivery guy says he forgot them. I call back they say they will send the tickets with the driver again. He doesnt show up. I call the next day, they apologize and say they are going to send the tickets by email. A whole week passes and nthg. I call the very helpful customer service, they tell me there is nthg they can do since the owner says they already sent the tickets with the driver and thats that. Shame on u for treating ur clients like that. This is not how you deal with that nor with a delivery guy who says he delivered but...
