The first time my family and I ordered, we had an ok experience. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. It took really long to arrive and maybe the pizza was dropped because the cheese and pepperoni were slid entirely to one side. But the delivery person was friendly. And the taste of the pizza was good for this type of pizza.
The second time we placed our order completely changed our opinion of this place. I was put on hold 4 times while trying to place my order.
The person taking my order had me repeat several times in a very condescending tone what it was I was ordering. I know I have a strong anglophone accent. I admit I do, but I’ve also never had an issue ordering anything. Especially pizza which we order often and I always start my communication in French.
The order was for a medium pizza half pepperoni, half just cheese. Not complicated.
I repeated this several times. It was for a pick up.
We picked it up 25 minutes later as we were asked to.
The medium pizza cost $46. I didn’t think of questioning the price when I placed the order because I have never paid extra for a half and half pizza before no matter the size or place. I usually just pay for the more expensive of the different toppings.
When I got it home it was more of a 1/4 pepperoni and 3/4 cheese. For $46 plus tip.

This week I called for a delivery instead of placing it online because following previous errorSSSS in my order, they offered me a 30$ off coupon on my next order. When they offered me that coupon they said it was to be sent to my phone number by txt msg. I had people over that night so I didn't check on the spot and forgot about it until I wanted to order this week. Sure enough, I couldn't find it nor did they have any trace of it in their system that it was sent. The service center's 2 agents I spoke to said they would call me back after checking with the supervisor within 10 minutes but 10 became 20 became 30 became never after making me wait for absolutely nothing, I ended up wasting another hour ordering from somewhere else because they couldn't bother to follow up. You just lost a good client. Regarding the restaurant itself, every order i have put has had an error of some sort ...mostly forgotten extra sauce on the poutine or sauce cups that cost you 2$ each but it adds up fast when they forget to put 3 or 4 every time. Regarding the delivery fees + the tip you charge online that are RIDICULOUS BTW because the delivery guys doesn't see a penny of this money and you have to pay another tip for the delivery guy at the door. Read moreI'm pretty bummed that I have to write this review because since they have been open in Vimont, I've even switched my weekly pizza spot from Vimont Pizza to Salvatoré. First time, I went directly to order at the restaurant being curious. There was a man that gave me GREAT customer service, he explained everything. I would have given him 5 stars even if he mixed up my order, because he came to my car where I was waiting and explained the situation and apologized. However, yesterday I ordered and paid online as usual. I always call right after to confirm they received my order and payement. The girl confirmed the order and the payement. When the delivery guy arrived, he said the bill was not paid. I was suprised and called back the restaurant. This lady, without even listening to me, asks to speak to the delivery man. I put her on speaker and she told him «If they don't pay, take the pizza and leave». When I took the phone back and tried again to explain the situation, she replied: «I'm the owner and manager here and if you don't pay, the delivery man will take your food and leave». She spoke to me like I was trying to steal the pizza, she made me feel horrible. I paid the delivery guy and called my credit card company.
