Update After 7months ,
I still didn’t get the refund or someone called me back or answered my email …. I stopped coming and a lot know my bad experience

I am very disappointed, never buy again… I came at the end of the day, and they were supposed to close in half an hour. When I saw many people inside I felt okay to order as the staff are still working on food. The big surprise is seeing the staff cleaning the place, touching garbage and then continue touching the food to make the orders with bare hands 😮😰… I paid $88 but felt will vomit from watching that and the worse when I asked the lady that I saw her grabbing the garbage then at same moment touching her phone then her nose then go to conmaking my sandwich with her bare hands and I said is tgat okay to not wearing gloves she ignores and lied to my face and when I asked her if shewashed hands she kept saying she was only in food section and not cleaning or grabbing the garbage!!!!!
It is painful that even I couldn't got the refund because I couldn't eat...
Read moreI placed an Uber Eats pickup order at 8:50 pm while sitting inside the store. The app initially said 9:20 pm pickup, then suddenly changed to 10:10 pm. When I tried canceling, Uber support said I’d be charged the full amount and I accidentally clicked the wrong option, so I was charged.
We immediately explained the situation to a staff member, who agreed to prepare the order. But after waiting until 9:37 pm, no one had started it. When we asked again, another staff member said they have 8 pending orders. We wanted to be sure so we wait and asked another staff he said they have no record of the order and couldn’t help us since “the owner isn’t here.” We ended up having to place and pay for the order again, waiting over an hour in total.
I know there is mistake in my end but If the first staff member had just been honest and told us to contact Uber support for a refund instead of saying she’d prepare it, we could have avoided the extra wait and frustration. Very disappointing experience we won’t...

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and genuinely friendly. Not over the top, just a great person who seemed to actually care. She took the time to answer my several questions and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was just another order to get through even with the line behind me. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Especially after realizing that she was like that with everyone!!!
It made the whole experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Im coming back for sure and recommending it to anyone looking for more than just a quick and filling lunch, this place actually...
