Read moreI stopped at the drive thru and ordered a ti-matin bagel without cheese (due to medical reasons). However, I was served a bagel with cheese. Having driven out of the drive-thru lane, I parked the car and went into the restaurant. I informed them of the mistake. They "fixed it", and handed me another bagel, with cheese, again! So I asked them to fix it. They removed the cheese and gave it back to me, but it still had cheese bits here and there. I asked them again, and I Was given my bagel back for the 4th time, with cheese bits still on the lettuce and on the bagel. So I said "I am asking you kindly, for the 5th time, I'd like my bagel without cheese, as I am intolerent, and it might cause me pain, so please give me a bagel without cheese". Albeit frustrated, I was quite polite. The man behind the counter aggressively took the bagel from me and said, "what do you want, you want me to make another one??". Well yeah, my bagel was open and closed 5 times, it wasn't holding together, 3-4 people had their hands in it... So I answered "yes please, and without cheese". So at this point he slams it violently in the trash can and proceeds to make another one.
Mistakes happen, a lot of people have food allergies and intolerences, but one thing I will not tolerate, is being treated...
Read moreI went in this morning and they allowed customers inside who were not wearing masks. When I asked the staff about it, they just gave me dirty looks and say "I didn't see him" after having just served that maskless customer, and they asked my companion "Does that bother you?". Of course it bothers us. It should bother everyone. I've noticed and also been told by other persons that it's often unclean inside, and they're also often out of bread.
Also, they often make mistakes on an order. They don't care to properly listen to what a person is asking for, or make sure that an order is correct. I've often ordered something and had portions of my order incorrect or simply missing altogether. For example, when paying for a breakfast combo, I expect to have either a muffin or hashbrown. I shouldn't have to argue with staff that my order should include one of the other, when I've paid for it and when it clearly says so on the menu.
Mind you, one thing I do like that they do is that they allow you to customize donuts, and I appreciate that a lot. However, it doesn't...
