Soleil Inc — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I went there for a pick up order for my girlfriend and i on a friday night. service is great,nice people. efficient and quick,but maybe its not such a great thing...

The food was ok no more.my chicken/beef with rice plate had slightly dry chicken and tough beef steak.my girlfriends combo with shrimp and beef was cooked correctly but also on the dry side.(probably cooked hours previously and reheated for our order).she swapped the imperial roll for a dissapointing spring roll..we had better ones.one lonely shrimp and one sad mint leaf..but most importantly,it was wrapped in plastic wrap and put on top of her rice.thats inapropriate in our opinion..saggy carrots and clumped lettuce..🤔 also we both commented on the freshness of our plates..i ordered 25 mins before picking it up...seemed like our meats had been cooked earlier in the day and probably reheated for our order...we did note lemongrass and overall nice flavours.but in vain. in all,our experience was dissapointing as we love vietnamese food and had it in many other places that were better...not a bad place...we probably will give it a second chance

Flavour wise it think it’s alright. This is a small restaurant and i didn’t expect too much. But the pho we ordered was not hot at all. I let the beef sit in the soup for quite some time and it was still raw, Which made the pho tasted sooooo bloody and raw. It was ok. My mom ordered the chicken tao combo and it did not come with much chicken. I ordered shrimp and it was ok but the salad it comes with has absolutely no dressing on it and the noodles are very dry and hard to eat.
