I usually don't write negative reviews, but I wanted to make sure that people are aware of this before they choose to come eat here.
Well first of all, I want to mention that if you buy 4 rolls for 4 persons, you are not allowed to get 4 soy sauce. They will give you 3 and have to charge you 1.50$ extra for a fourth one. I told them that we were 4 person, we wanted some sushi as a starter. Wasn't negociable. You know, if I would of come 4 times, order 1 roll at a time, you would of give me that 4th sauce, right? Anyways, the guy that made my sushi(poorly rolled, some piece came broken, some were missing rice. Probably rice is too expensive too... see the pics) told me when I said I was going to post this on the Internet that Sushi Shop only allow 1 soy sauce per 10 pieces of sushi. Then he looked at me like I was retarted and said: usually people understand that. That blew my mind. You understand that with an experience like this, I will never go back. At least the food...
Read moreWent on Friday and was advised a 2 hour wait. Went back on Saturday instead. Within minutes of having place my order, I asked if one of the rolls to be without an ingredient due to an allergy. But since the lady behind the counter already started to do them, she refused to redo them and I unfortunately had to pay for another order. They could have easily resold them within the same day. Once they gave me my order, I noticed they were missing a part of my order. The lady at counter literally threw the box once she was done packing them, so of course when we went ate the pieces, they all fell apart. Also, the cashier didn’t ask or provide any soya sauce so of course had none to go with my order. This order had 80 pieces of sushi! Very disappointed! I shouldn’t have to double check everything before I go. Gave one star only because ingredients were fresh but service is an absolute 0 and will order elsewhere...
Read moreWe were looking forward to sushi for our New Years eve dinner ....placed our order same day @ 3:00 pm , called direct, spoke to an employee, as their website was down....no issues were raised when order was taken. When we went to pick up @ assigned time 6:00 pm, only to find out that our order was not available for pickup as they overbooked and cannot fill our order. Needless to say extremely disappointed, had we known @ 3:00pm that they were not able to fill our order, we would have made alternative dinner plans. Very disorganized, they had our mobile number, we could have been informed beforehand that they were not able to fill our order :( I guess this...
