I ordered General Tao from your menu, and I received just seven small pieces of chicken and around six spoonfuls of rice. This was disappointing. Don’t try to be stingy with the people who bring money to your business. I paid $40 for two plates, and what I got didn’t even feel like a full meal—more like an appetizer.

When I order from places like Thai Express, they respect their guests and don't act cheap or unprofessional, only focusing on profit. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate receiving a small portion like the one you served.

first off they are extremely rude, not comprehensible and the chef is violent. Me and my sister came to get pad sew. I have celiac disease and they gave me the same thing as my sister. I repeated multiple times that the plate i wanted had to be gluten free, yet they gave me a bowl with gluten. I ordered Chicken General Thai, and the cashier heard Thai Chicken FRY RICE!!!??? No question to admit that she was wrong, and very rude over the phone.
