Mixed feeling about this place. I love sushi burrito and only order that. When it’s the gentleman that roll the burrito, it’s PERFECT and amazing. Unfortunately, there a lady who roll it really badly. She add a LOT of lettuce? Not even sure if it’s suppose to be there! And the roll always break and doesn’t stay in place compared the other gentlemen. She needs more training because she is nice but her roll are subpar.
EDIT: I went to order again sushi burrito and the lady started to yell at me that her burrito taste good. Instead of trying to understand where I am coming from she wanted to bully my wife and I, arguing with us to change my review. I am kind of shocked by her attitude. Extremely disrespectful that I came in restaurant to order again a Sushi Burrito from the gentleman but she continue yelling at me. I kindly asked her to stop and asking what is her point? I was asking if I can just order my burrito from the gentlemen again but she refused and wanted me to say sorry or change my review. She said her burrito are better than his, that it’s not possible.
The management needs to give training of customer service to that lady. You have lost a loyal customer, I am blasphemed by her attitude toward customer and even her colleague. It seems like she yelled at the gentleman because of my review. She can’t accept feedback. Where is customer service and open to customer feedback? It is shocking that employee harassed a customer to change review. She showed me a piece of lettuce and told me this is lettuce! (What?!?). She asked me if her burrito is good or not and I gave her my feedback in person that her burrito doesn’t hold in and there too much lettuce to other ingredients ratio. For those reason, that I prefer the burrito from the gentleman. She insisted that her burrito is good and that I am crazy and need to apologize to her.
I will happily drive 5 minutes to go to a different sushi place. The gentleman at this sushi shop showed exemplary of customer service but that lady is giving sushi shop franchise...

As you can see, they had this weird wrinkly texture (kind of like dried raisins) and they weren't as chewy as I thought they would be.
