Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. My boyfriend and I waited over 15 minutes for our order (a chicken wrap, croissant with bacon & egg, and a hash brown)
When the sandwich maker finally called out “croissant ,hashbrown,” my boyfriend politely raised his hand and said “me.” She looked right at him and said “no,” then tried to give our food to the man behind us. When we explained we were still waiting for our order, she waved a muffin bag and told him he already got his food—which was completely wrong. We were waiting for our sandwiches. We were not just standing there for fun!
When we asked to speak to the manager, instead of listening, he immediately blamed me (the girlfriend), saying I was the one “raising my voice,” all I said was she was wrong. I hadn’t even spoken before that.. The sandwich maker then came back out and started yelling at us, calling us rude and disrespectful—just because we raised a hand to claim the order we’d already been waiting on, an order we already paid for !
To make matters worse, the manager told us that if we weren’t happy, we should just go somewhere else. He said why are you yelling at me.? I was flabbergasted because we wanted to explain and then he came up with some stories saying, yes, but customers usually take food that doesn't belong to them. When again we were waiting there for fifteen minutes. When you say croissant, and it's the item I paid for then.Yes my bf raised his hand. We don't raise our hand for the food that we did not pay for I don't know . IT was absolutely disrespectful , THINKING WE WERE THERE TO STEAL FOOD!
Completely unacceptable—especially since we had paid, waited over 15 minutes, and watched everyone else get their food before us. No customer should ever be told “no” when trying to collect what they ordered.
It’s clear the manager was only protecting his worker instead of the customers. I will also be calling head office about this situation, because this kind of treatment is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. If this is how customers are treated, I truly hope others follow his advice and go somewhere else. I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT THERE'S A LOT OF TIM HORTONS AROUND HERE, SO I HOPE YOU GUYS GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

Read moreI came in the restaurant for coffee with my girlfriend and a friend at 11 o clock we got to the cash register and I said Hi how are you to the lady and she completely ignored me I figured it's probably because of the apple earbud that she had on her ear was the reason why she didn't listen to me anyways She walked away then came back after 5 minutes I asked her again how are you and she said "Good" in a very disrespectful manner then I asked if I could buy a herbal tea box and she grabbed it aggresively then she scanned it and threw it back at me Then I ordered a cappucino with a biscuit and my friend ordered a latte she went to get the biscuit and left it on her side of the counter Then she gave us our coffee I said thank you she gave me no response then we went to sit down and enjoy our coffee After awhile my girlfriend who is a diabetic asked for water and the lady said that she had to pay for water Even after I said she was diabetic she said "That's not my problem she has to pay" In a condescending manner this happened on the Tim's at 625 Boulv...
Read moreThis location used to be my favourite but in the last few months the evening staff is pathetic in many ways. I was there 3 weeks ago and ordered their pizza which was on promo 2 for $12 I asked the clerk upon ordering to please ensure that there is enough pizza sauce as there have been two times the pizza had very little sauce. They give me the pizza and again hardly any sauce so I asked him why he didn’t put extra sauce and the reply I got……..the pizza is on promo and if you don’t like it don’t come back go somewhere else. I was so disgusted with their food and customer service so I decided to complain to their head office. Oh well they don’t care. All they wrote back is they have requested that the manager or owner of this location gets back to me it’s been 2 weeks no one ever contacted me.
