Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Literally the worst service ever. We waited in the drive through for 10-15 minutes with 3 cars in front and 5 behind (no way to get out). They didn’t even take 1 ORDER. I finally go inside to place my order and my driver stayed in the line and there’s a ton of workers just standing around and nobody wants to take my order or make eye contact, finally I see they took 1 order from the cars outside. I tell them we’ve been waiting and the girl says “ya it just wasn’t working” but wouldn’t say what wasn’t working. Then they take my order but don’t know what an everything bagel/plein gout bagel is. I tell them in french and they ask 3 employees what it is. They still got it wrong and gave me a 12 grain bagel. She smiles and says “oh that wasn’t what you wanted?” And then we wait for another employee to give me a refund and she said they could make me another one but at this point my trust in these people is low. I’m sorry to say this but they weren’t short staffed or anything just IQ was missing. Also they gave me the wrong amount for the refund (they refunded my muffin instead of bagel). My husband ordered x2 bagels through the drive thru. Came home to see that the bagels were untoasted and unbelievable stale (veryyyy hard). I do not understand how they serve this to their customers. My husband actually drove back because it was not editable. He told them the problem, the boy took a bagel from the back and banged it on the glass and said they are all like this & gave him new bagels. Before he took it, he reconfirmed "are they toasted?", He said yes. Came home, just as hard and not toasted.

I called to speak to manager, I was told the manager is only coming back in 7 days!! I asked to speak to an assistant manager, I was told they will also be back in a couple of days. I don't understand how running a business unsupervised and selling stale food is creditable. Very disappointing! Very worrisome that there's no manager from day to day going to watch over how the place is run...

No choice to put a damn star but for me NO star review as this was the worst sevice ever. First time I go to this one I pass every day. 20 minutes line up. Mistake after mistake on my order. Not hard; egg wrap, 4 limonade glacé, 1 tea two milks and 2 coffe with cream. I got the wrap good check. Got 4 lemonade after repeating my order twice and tea along with coffee that was all wrong.
