Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Never knew that it was so hard to make a coffee when that’s what your paid for to do, we ordered 2 ice coffees, both made with milk one with no sugar and one with less sugar (even repeated the order)we get to the drive threw window and recived a black ice coffee and one with cream, than I tell the girl that I wanted it with milk, she put the milk also with sugar when I asked for no sugar, than the other coffee had cream and she tried to convince us that it’s milk because she is too lazy to make another coffee, finally after complaining she makes another coffee for us , as we’re leaving my boyfriend tried his coffee and their was sugar in it when we asked for no sugar what a disaster, so we went back again to get another coffee as I walk inside the short blond girl that served me before rolls her eyes at me as if it’s my fault she can’t make a coffee properly than she gives me hot coffee with ice because she said their was no more ice coffee, finally I get my coffee and leave than we tried out other coffee that was supposed to have less sugar but tastes like they put extra sugar at this point we didn’t even bother going back...

1- they run out a regular croissants in DAY TIME….. how?! 2- i go to the drive through after my order was taken and they said they didnt recieve my order and the “manager” is telling the employee “what she came to the window without taking her order” when he very clearly took my order and told me to go the window. Trying to talk shit infront of my face when he clearly was in the wrong. 3- they dont take your order until the other car is gone from the window as they are timed. 4- they took my order at drive through for a coffee & bagel, gave my coffee told me to go park for the bagel…..??? Never came after 10 mins. I had to go inside. These are 4 different occasions in the matter of 2 days. The services at this tims is outrageous and the people working are ALL so rude. Its been since the new owners but now im fed up. Lost me as a daily customer. Even twice a day...

on a friday october 23 2020 at exactly around 2h20PM my mom and i was walking around the neighborhood and decided to go to tim hortons to get ice cap but tim hortons door was locked i had to knock, someone came to tell me that they closed, they only take drive-through orders, so ive decided to walk at the drive-through to order 2 ice caps. ive waited and ask if someone can take my order, nobody would answer me. very disapointed. the car that was waiting behind me to order, got her order by drive through by car. just because i didnt have a car they didnt take my order? how...
