Subway — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I ordered 2x meatball subs. One was a 12'' the other a 6''. The 12'' had 3 !!! (THREE) meatballs in it. The 6'' had 1 !!! (ONE) meatball in it. I did not watch that closely as she was making the subs, and the meatballs were hidden by the sauce so I couldn't tell before I got home that there was meatballs missing. Also I did ask her if it was OK for me to order another 6'' beforehand, and instead of telling me that she did not have enough meatballs left, she yes ''Of course!'' and went with it with only 1 meatball. I worked at subway before and know well that it's 4 meatballs per 6''. I messaged customer service asking for coupons for free subs as I did NOT get the value that I paid for (about 20$ for 2 subs). Still no reply and it's been more than 6 months. I will not return to any Subway restaurant. Terrible customer service, both from the lady working there and the company itself. It would have been so simple to just tell us that she did not have enough meatballs and we would have chosen...

The kids working there are very kind and always make great sandwiches, unlike the owners. That old guy with his wife constantly undercut the sandwiches, even after you ask to put more as demanded, they just put 1 piece. Such a cheap service, that you feel like every piece comes directly from their pocket. To be honest the veggies also often look stale and not fresh.
