TacoTime — Restaurant in Lethbridge

I have always loved Taco Time but will never go to this location again after I ordered a burrito and the meat tasted rancid. I had been through the drive thru and turned around and went back through to ask for a replacement, but even after talking to the manager, they took no responsibility for the rancid meat, insisting that all their ingredients were fresh. Your meat wouldn’t taste rancid if it was fresh!! I ordered the same thing I usually order from Taco Time, I KNOW what it’s supposed to taste like, and that was not it!! They offered to make me another, but since they would have used the same rancid meat again, I declined and they refunded my money. I haven’t been to this location since, nor will I ever, since their standard for “fresh” is...

Normally we like to have the large Mexifries Deluxe as our "quick" busy day supper at the West side Savers mall and usually quite enjoy them but today we stopped at the Fairways Plaza restaurant..the service was quick but I only gave it a 2 ☆ rating because if they did their jobs correctly they would not have given me 1 luke warm at best order and 1 hot in the middle but cold on the rest of the order. we were unable to finish the 2 orders we would not return to this location again if this is their standard.Come on Taco Time we know there is better to be had with you., that is why we make you our quick supper place at least 2-3...

This is my third time to order vege burritos and sometimes Ranch chicken, and the RICE is worst and disgusting and really hard to eat, it seems like they burn the rice, and I couldn’t my food, by the way they are not using the RED or YELLOW SCOOPS, they are grabbing the beans and rice with LITTLE CONTAINERS like ( the hot sauce container). The service is so fast, they are working very hard but they might need attention to the customers foods as well, if something burn or not eatable just throw it to the garbage not serving to the customers.
