Ridiculous service, I'm sure they're all good people but this is my experience, here goes. I get to the drive through, wait patiently, say hello a few times and I'm told to please wait. Ok no problem, I give my order which had 2 burgers with specific requests, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and bacon, the complete opposite was done meaning onions, pickles and mayo which were the items that were asked to be left out. We also asked for onion rings to which we realised, once home, were never given. I drove back and went inside and asked for my onion rings and explained the burger situation. No apologies, fine no worries but then I purchased another teen burger and got home to realise even the normal request was wrong, no lettuce or tomatoes. I don't get how so much can go so wrong with a team of 5 and no rush happening. It's making burgers, I've worked in the industry and mistakes happen but this is another level. zero for the service I am so disappointed , I ordered two mozza hamburger and asked them nicely without bacon and they put bacon!!! I ask them to remake them and they did but one was again with bacon !!! I am so disappointed first how slow they take and it was only one car infront of me ! more than 35 mins !!! very disorganized! the worst part is this didn't only happened to me but many people I know !!! where is management there ?? Je suis allé a votre succursale ce midi le 13 septembre 2024. J'étais hyper heureuse d'y arrêter pour manger dehors sur la terasse par ce beau vendredi ensoleillé. Il y avait 2 personnes avant moi à la caisse. Lorsque mon tour est arrivé la caissière ma dit d'un ton sec : passer ici ! Je me suis présenté avec un bonjours vous allez bien ? Avec un gros sourire. ( je travaille avec la clientèle et je sais que ce sont de grosse journée et des fois une personne aimable peux agrémenter notre journée !) . Elle me répond froidement : oui ! Je viens pour dire ma commande elle me dit un instant . Elle quitte la caisse et va faire autre chose. Elle va à la fenêtre du drive en me regardant de travers comme si je lui avait dit quelque chose qui l'avais froisser ! Je ne me sentais clairement pas le bienvenu ! J'ai pris mes choses et j'ai quitté. Elle c'est empressé de venir a la caisse pour me crier après : Passer ici la ! Je lui ai répondu que je préférerais aller manger ailleurs ! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce serais acceptable un comportement comme celui ci . Si on avait inverser les rôles j'aurais été filmer traiter de raciste et exposer sur les internets !

Je ne reviendrai pas . Et a lire les autres commentaires je ne suis pas la seul !
