Horrible Experience - Never Going Back!
I recently had the worst experience at Subway, and I feel compelled to share it so others can avoid this awful location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They acted like serving customers was a burden, and their attitudes were dismissive and unfriendly. It felt like they couldn’t care less about providing good service.
The condition of the food was appalling. The bread was clearly old and stale, making the sandwich barely edible. Fresh bread is supposed to be a Subway staple, but this location clearly doesn't prioritize quality. When I mentioned this to the staff, they brushed off my concerns and continued to make my sandwich with the same old bread.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even complete my order correctly. I had ordered a footlong sandwich with specific toppings, but they either forgot or ignored my requests, leaving out key ingredients. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, they rudely asked me to leave the store. Their complete lack of customer service was shocking and unacceptable.
This experience was utterly disappointing from start to finish. The combination of rude staff, poor-quality food, and an unwillingness to correct their mistakes made it the worst place I have ever ordered food from. If you value good service and fresh, quality food, I strongly advise you to avoid this Subway location at all costs. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

J'ai récemment eu la pire expérience chez Subway, et je me sens obligé de la partager pour que d'autres puissent éviter cet endroit affreux. Dès que je suis entré, le personnel était incroyablement impoli et non professionnel. Ils agissaient comme si servir les clients était un fardeau, et leur attitude était méprisante et désagréable. On aurait dit qu'ils se fichaient complètement de fournir un bon service.
La qualité de la nourriture était épouvantable. Le pain était clairement vieux et rassis, rendant le sandwich presque immangeable. Le pain frais est censé être un pilier de Subway, mais cet endroit ne semble pas accorder de l'importance à la qualité. Quand j'ai mentionné cela au personnel, ils ont balayé mes préoccupations et ont continué à préparer mon sandwich avec le même pain rassis.
Pour aggraver les choses, ils n'ont même pas correctement complété ma commande. J'avais commandé un sandwich de trente centimètres avec des garnitures spécifiques, mais ils ont soit oublié, soit ignoré mes demandes, en omettant des ingrédients essentiels. Quand j'ai signalé cela, au lieu de s'excuser et de corriger l'erreur, ils m'ont demandé impoliment de quitter le magasin. Leur absence totale de service client était choquante et inacceptable.
