Animo Etc Greenfield Park — Attraction in Longueuil

I went to 3 pet stores before coming to Animo. I was looking for a good harness for my dog who pulls. I’ve been through 4 harnesses and have had problems with all of them. The clerk asked me to bring my dog in and have her fitted for one. This was the only place who took the time to offer to help me. The young lady who works there took plenty of time to help me and try a few harnesses on my very timid dog. Excellent customer service. The young lady was very experienced and offered her very helpful opinions and knew exactly how to make my timid dog feel at ease and have a great experience in the store. I recently got a cat my first time so I don’t know nothing about them. I was in a little bit of dilemma two weeks ago went into the store. Lily was amazing. She helped me out answered a whole bunch of questions without any hesitation today I went in for grooming for the first time with tons of concern, like cutting his nail shaving, his rare end, but they were extremely nice that did work with no hesitation and apparently Garfield was very nice at the end. Animo is a great pet store. Very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Tony and the staff make us feel like family. We’ve been buying from Animo at Tony’s 1st store in St Hubert that opened almost 7 years ago.
