Burger King — Restaurant in Longueuil

ordered crispy chicken with bacon cheese combo asked for 2 zesty sauce... upon arriving to the drive through payout the zesty sauce was not in there... cashier wearing gloves filled with oil gave me the sauces... then i had a doubt about this order they didn't ad the cheese and bacon... when i went back the one who took order starts arguing with me says he didn't charge me... the other cashier heard me on the headset earlier so admitted i asked for bacon cheese so he took the same burger and puts bacon and cheese in it and handed it to me... upon arrival at home my burger was extremely old and smelly... the onion rings were soggy and good for garbage... i was extremely hungry so somehow ate the nasty looking unappetizing sandwich but the onion rings were disgusting so i had to throw it away... didn't return to the restaurant again for the onion rings and unpleasant experience... it is not right to mess with people's food... the management for this restaurant should be questionable for such bad training and lack of knowledge about what food should be thrown out after how much time... even my soda was watery and i took without ice... and the worse part, it was not even busy... minimum of respect toward client is important... not to forget you guys are selling food here and taking our hard earned money, so you have a responsibility to at least give us eatable food... this was disgusting food and i wonder about the cleanliness of this restaurant... order placed july 19 2025 at...

j'ai passé une commande à 11h40 et l'heure de ramassage était 11h59. Je suis arrivé là-bas après 12h00, c'était un ramassage au volant et j'ai dit bonjour, et j'ai entendu une voix peu claire dire bonjour en retour, alors nous avons attendu encore 5 à 7 minutes et il n'y a eu aucune réponse, puisque c'était un drive-in et il n'y a eu aucune réponse après que j'ai dit bonjour à nouveau et j'ai traversé le comptoir et il y avait ce type, un petit gars brun, qui a ouvert le comptoir et qui était très impoli dans son attitude, m'a demandé de garer ma voiture de côté, j'étais avec mon tout-petit et ma famille, nous avons attendu à l'intérieur de la voiture pendant presque 10 minutes et face au soleil directement, après avoir perdu patience, je suis entré et leur ai demandé pourquoi. je dois attendre encore 20 minutes alors que le temps d'attente était déjà de plus de 30 minutes avant, le gars a répondu très impoliment sans même s'excuser en disant que si vous aviez dit bonjour au comptoir, vous n'aviez pas à attendre aussi longtemps, j'ai demandé le superviseur et le gars a répondu que c'était moi, je lui ai demandé son nom et il a dit non, je ne peux pas vous donner mon nom, j'ai dit ohk et après avoir pris ma nourriture, j'ai exprimé mon mécontentement en disant que c'était un super restaurant mais une expérience horrible, la première fois que j'avais de ma vie des gens comme vous ruinent le nom de ce restaurant et il a immédiatement commencé à se moquer de moi en faisant une voix d'oiseau coucou coucou devant d'autres clients, un comportement totalement non professionnel, j'habite à quelques mètres de ce Burger King et depuis 3 ans, je suis un client régulier, mais si vous avez ce type d'employés non professionnels, aucun client n'ira dans votre restaurant,,

i placed an order at 11:40 and pick up time was 11:59 i reached there after 12:00 pm it was a drive thru pick up and i said hi , and i hear an unclear voice saying hi back so we waited another5-7 mins and there was no response , since it was a drive thru and there was no response after me saying hi again and i drove through the counter and there was this guy a short brown guy opened the counter and was very rude in his attitude asked me to park my car aside , i was with my toddler and my family, we waited inside the car for almost 10 mins and facing the sun directly, after loosing my patience i went inside and asked them why. i have to wait another 20 mins when the wait time was already over 30 mins before, the guy responded very rude not even apologising saying if you had said hi at the counter then you didnt have to wait this long i asked for the supervisour and guy responded it is me i asked him his name and he said no i cant give you my name , i said ohk and after taking my food i expressed my dissatisfaction by saying that this is agreat resturant but horrible experience first time i had ever in my life people like you ruin this resturants name and he innediately started mocking me by making bird voice cuckoo cuckoo infront of other customers , totally unprofessional behaviour i live just few meters away from this burger king and for the past 3 years iam aregular customer , but if you have these type of unprofessional employees no customer will make it to...

The food is good but the wait time is horrendous and staff seems very unorganized. Ive been at this location a few times since their opening and the wait has always been long. Today I decided to place an order online ahead of time to have it ready to pick up at the counter in hopes of saving some time. When I arrived and gave my order number to the woman at the counter, the order was nowhere to be found. I had to wait around for 40 minutes watching the staff run around getting orders mixed up and completely ignoring the very long line of clients forming in the room. It isn't until I expressed that my online order was supposed to be ready almost an hour ago that I actually had someone adress me to sort out the issue. When I finally got my order there were items missing. I decided to take the loss, I had already wasted enough time waiting around for an order that was supposed to be ready...
