Coq-O-Bec — Restaurant in Longueuil

Before this Resto was bought (I think last year) the food was great and the menu was your typical chicken menu given its a chicken based Resto. I recently went and noticed they added a casse croute menu. My bf was buying a chicken dinner and instead of going to the nearby Resto for steamed hot dogs I bought there after noticing they had them (as well as toasted). First and LAST time! They DO NOT have a steamer so buns were steamed Some how 🤷‍♀️ And dogs were cooked on the hot plate. When asked how I like them I said all dressed… (ie the regular relish, mustard, onions and slaw). I got home and realized the steamed bun was so dry, dog was very dark and there was mayo, ketchup and mustard on my dogs that’s it. Needless to say they were gross and I’ll never order them again. I had a terrible service today by the lady who answers the phone. listen I get that today was a holiday and you were rushing a lot but, if you’re not capable of handling the rush’ well maybe working in a restaurent is certainly not for you. I called around 9 o’clock and she told me “you already called to order and it’s on it’s way” I replied sorry you have the wrong person this is my first time calling today I haven’t placed an order yet. She replied” look we’re too busy today I’m not taking your order and don’t call me back “ She hang up on me. I called back of course because I was not going let anyone who has a job to do, disrespect me like that. she kept hanging up on me every time I would call back. La poutine au poulet blanc ressemblait plutôt à une poutine régulière. Les frites goûtaient le congelées,la sauce très très salé, et je cherchais le poulet blanc, il avait plus que fromage que de poulet . Mon conjoint a pris une petite poutine au porc effiloché avec une cuillière à soupe qui représentait la quantité de porc effiloché qui se trouvait dans sa poutine. Je trouve que c'est rire des clients la quantité de viande qu'ils mettent dans les poutines. Endroit insalubre , les tables n'étaient pas bien lavés, il y avait des miettes sur les deux banquettes et sur la table, sur le rebord de la fenetre. Sur le plancher, nous avons pu remarquer qu'il avait des aliments partout sur le sol et c'était collant, désagréable de marcher dessus. Pour ce qui est du service très médioque, nous n'avons même pas eu de bonjour, en rentrant dans le restaurant, c'est la base habituellement. Elle n'est jamais venu laver la table et nous voir. Elle semblait écœuré de travailler, aucun sourire, n'est jamais venu nous voir demander si « tout était à notre goût». Elle jouait sur son cellulaire avec son écouteur à l'oreille.

Également, mon conjoint a demander si c'était possible d'avoir plus que ça de porc effiloché, elle a pris son assiette et la ramener derrière le comptoir. Les cuisiniers ne voulaient pas en rajouter.. Et la serveuse a insisté. Lorsque mon conjoint est aller payé, la serveuse a garoché son assiette en lui disant« tiens». Ça ressemblait à de la bouette leur affaire. Il semblait avoir juste ajouté de la sauce par-dessus. Finalement nous sommes partis et lui n'a rien manger.
