Ginza Sushi Station — Restaurant in Longueuil

Their food is always amazing, but I'm finding it extremely difficult to just place an order. Lately, if I call at around 4pm, I get a busy signal and never once get through. It's becoming quite frustrating because I love their sushi, but I find myself completely unable to order a single thing! I also refuse to order their food via uber eats because A) they're nearby, so I can walk to pick it up, so why pay an extra delivery fee, B) their prices are HIGHER on uber eats, and C) half of the stuff we normally order is typically sold out on uber eats.

I also usually only get home from work at about 4pm, so this involves me rushing in, gathering what our order is, and then hurriedly calling only to get a busy signal for about half an hour before I give up and order from somewhere else.

We haven't been able to successfully place an order to this place in a few months. I find it very frustrating and it makes me less inclined to buy from them, even though their food is amazing.

I think that they should be open later to be able to get more orders in, and should have a voice message set up to let customers calling in know that they're reached their maximum orders.

Again, love their food, but I would love it even more if I could REACH SOMEBODY TO...

The biggest disappointment in Montreal, I had a dinner with 15 years old daughter, the waitress told me it is buffet, I saw a price something about 29$. The food was average as for fast food sushi, but when I got a check it was 101 $, I was impressed, so I thought it will be no tips today, so I paid the price. When the waiter saw, what I had paid, he made a public performance and forced me to pay tips, so it was not just disappointing but humiliating also. Few days later I am still thinking, why on the earth I got that place 😒, 120$ for 2 for fast food this is a joke. So , ask for a price first, to make sure you are ok with it, my guess that for weekends evenings they have more expensive prices, but didn’t find this information anywhere, so I am feel so stupid, definitely...

I've been eating there since they very first started. I have eaten sushi just about everywehere in the greater Montreal area and this is where I always go back. Not only the service is great but the menu is awesome and the products always so fresh.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant on the South Shore and always recommand it. Everyone I have sent there called back thanking me.
