Jacques Cartier Pizza - Vieux Longueuil — Restaurant in Longueuil

Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, but the service was hostile, combative and rude.I placed an order for delivery from this Jacques Cartier location. The order was for two pizzas and a salad. When the delivery person arrived, he only brought two pizzas with him. When I asked about the salad, he said maybe he delivered it to somewhere else. I said that I would pay for the two pizzas that were being delivered but I would not pay for the salad until it gets delivered. The delivery person demanded that I pay for the whole order. He called back to the store and they said they would send another delivery person with the salad. The delivery person with the pizzas refused to leave unless I paid the entire bill so he stood around until the salad...

I would give no stars for its crappy Cesar salad , with pieces of lettus that has brown areas on it and Cesar dressing that tastes like water. This salad has zero taste and is going straight into the garbage! Fries aren't crispy, chicken wrap is alright to the taste but not worth the money it costs. Honestly this place used to be good and the food delicious but it has went downhill fast! I understand why the restaurant was empty now... 1 star is for its casa linga that was passable but next time I want a feast I will no longer turn to Jacques...

Pizza was sent not cut so I had to rip it up like an animal. No where does it state the pizza would be uncut. Pizza was very salty and while I enjoy bacon, it was very greasy and overpowerd the flavor. Contacted the restaurant to inquire how I'm supposed to cut up a Pizza to eat it in my motel room...they informed me that they don't cut Pizza that is delivered in case someone wants to cut their own (I've never seen or heard of this and I've had Pizza all over the world).
