Yeah so this place was okay for a few reasons. Starting out with the good, they have a high turnover so it's really really fresh, and I mean fresh. I can even have some hours later and it tastes good. The not so great part it's expensive!!! Furthermore the filling is not evenly spread. It doesn't go all the way through. I took 6 of them at a high price and I had many bites that were missing filling. The dough is also pretty thick so that filling plays an even bigger role so it's presence is important. Not sure of the options in that area but if you have no choice and don't know better this is definitely a good place to go. Whenever it's gets crowd maybe less place to seat but there's like a bar stand where you can seat. They have coffee, crepes, tea bring your order to your table. Nice open hours and most amazing thing they make churros cake OMG haven't try yet but looks delicious have to ordered first though at least within 24h notice to be ready. Give 4 stars cuz the location is in the south shore so it's maybe long to get there. From Mtl by car takes about 20 min leaving from Ville Marie neighbourhood....
Read moreI've been to this place in the past before all the COVID-19 situation and would have rated 4 stars. But since the pandemic, I went once and none of the staff wear masks while they prepare the churros, even though its required by the gouvernment to wear masks inside closed spaces, especially commercial spaces. The whole point of wearing a mask is not only to protect oneself, but to protect others from you as well. Not to mention that one of them sneezed while they were preparing the churros. Now I understand that we are in the middle of allergy season, but we are also in the middle...
