Well, I was hopeful about this cute little eatery and was super excited to try the pizza. I will start with a positive, firstly the cleanliness is on point 5 out of 5 on clean bathrooms, tables mirrors plants everything.including service staff hair and clothing! The service was the biggest surprise there were only 2-3 tables with guests already seated max. However, it took nearly 35-40 minutes to get our pizza. Im nkt 100% sure, but most likely it appeared our food was given to the guest seated across from us. This is normal,I understand mistakes can and will happen, however, communication is so important, and there simply wasn't enough communication from our waitress, and she just kept making mistakes through every step of our meal experience. We were never asked how our pizza tasted after it was delivered very late and once my friend requested the entire meal be on one check the waitress brought back two seprate checks which upset my friend as she was wanting to treat me for helping her out with a favor. Long story short, the wait staff would benefit from some hospitality training. No upselling offered to iof coffee ect however we were given 2 free canolis which after one bite i threw it out in my opinion it lacked any structure just goopy sloppy stuff in the center of a canoli crust. The Canoli was so bad I had to go to a cafe in Lachine just to get a legit canoli that tastes, looks, and is authentic and great! Who ever made the Canoli, please get them some Canoli training, please! The pizza was good, but the mushroom was a bit doughy undercooked, although both pizzas had...
Read moreI lived in Italy for 5 years and I was happy to discover N900. My only issue and dissatisfaction comes from the fact that they are inconsistent. If you eat at N900 at different locations the pizza will taste differently and will be served differently. Sometimes the margarita is with basil, sometimes with oil, sometimes with big chunks of salt.
The last pizza I had was jambon and champignong (on the picture I post here). The dough was disappointing and nothing like I had in N900 before. Maybe the pizzaiolo was knew, but again the issue is the...
Read moreService was great - food was a mixed bag. Caesar salad was oddly dry and flavorless. Bacon bits were crumbs. Pizza dough and sauce is great. Was craving cheese so took the Margherita antica expecting since 4$ more for a second cheese that it would have more cheese than the normal Margherita. Turns out it's the same amount of cheese so a bit disappointing. Cooking a bit uneven my pizza had burnt edges but my friends were fine. Ps. Not food related but our waitress was wearing a strong smelling cream that made everything smell like flowery...
