TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My family and friends were hungry so we decided to give this place a try... When we called... we told the person on the phone we have a group and the order will be large... we spent 5 minutes explaining our order... and on the last item, the person said this was a large order and we would need to come in to place the order... and then HUNG UP on us?!?! Perhaps it was a mistake... we called back and they avoided our call... 3 times..
Then we called with another number to try again and explained we have a group order... and if there was any issue with that? We provided our number and were willing to provide credit card details for our order. We didn't want to drive the to place an order and wait for an 1 hour...
The person said to proceed and when we started,... he said it's too big an order and HUNG UP again.
What kind of restaurant does this? We wanted to give this restaurant a go, but forget it... they lost me and 6 families.... the person on the phone should be fired and the chef who is refusing to make food for people should be fired as well.
It doesn't make sense... we ended up ordering from dominos which was significantly cheaper and took our order on the phone gladly.
Dear owner... if you read this or care... which you obviously don't since you haven't claimed your Google profile, do something about your staff... they don't want to work and...

My family called twice to make a large order for pickup.
First, the employee at the front hung up twice. Their customer service is a 0.
Before hanging up on us they took the whole order, and we were ready to pay by credit card over the phone, but they instead they complained that it’s a large order. And then they hung up after stating that we had to come to the restaurant and order the food.
But delivery is still available over the phone. The common sense went out the window at this point.
I guess manners are a luxury at this location.
The employees need to keep quiet and do their job, it’s as simple as that. If you run a restaurant business, than you better accept any orders especially during a pandemic.
Secondly if you’re short on staff, then explain that it will simply take a bit longer to make or call someone in to do an extra shift. You never reject an order and hang up.
Third, clearly either the owner doesn’t want to work, or he’s got someone’s who doesn’t want to work hard. Either way someone has to go.
We are officially never ordering from here again, and I’ll recommend everyone else to do the same.

Read moreTerrible customer service. I called informing the person that I'm placing a large order as I was ordering for 5 families. I asked him to separate the order by family which he did. We got through 4 families and before starting the 5th family he wanted to let his cook know the order. His cook basically said that they can only start the order once I arrive which completely contradicts the whole point of ordering ahead of time. I told him I didn't want to come and wait there for an hour and he basically said there's nothing he can do for me and that he made a mistake because he's new and then HUNG UP. I called back and he screened my call. My friend called from his phone and he hung up on my friend as well. This tells me a few things:
