Allô mon Coco Place Longueuil — Restaurant in Longueuil

I absolutely adore the Allo Mon Coco franchise. Over the years, I've probably visited around 10 different AMC restaurants across the province. With that being said, this was one of the main reasons I was so disappointed with my experience at this location. AMC at this location replaced a pretty good sushi buffet, and let's face it, the mall needed a good breakfast place. I will certainly not be coming back here again, which is unfortunate. Most importantly, the problems in this place are all around. The kitchen messing up the order TWICE (major mistakes), the waitress explaining that the order is delayed because the potatoes are being grilled upon our request (they came out not grilled), the management that should have followed up with the customer in such case (the meal that was not consumed was complimentary at least). Besides that, the food quality is simply inferior to the other AMC restaurants. The potatoes were not good, the overeasy eggs were crappy, the poached eggs were drowned in vinegar. Food is good. I had gone to the dix30 location a few months earlier but went here and that was a mistake. They sat us with my baby in such a weird spot that was very awkward to place her carseat. The floors are very greasy and slippery and quite dangerous. It was also a cooler rainy day but they had their ac blasting full speed but it'd summer so i didnt think to pack a sweater so me and my boyfriend were freezing the whole time. Luckily i had a blanket for my baby. The server was friendly but very slow. It took forever for her to come by to ask if we wanted the bill even though we had tk walk up earlier to ask for boxes to pack up our leftovers. We ate very quickly and ran out quick as we were so cold and uncomfortable. For the service and atmosphere the price is definitely not worth it. $60 before tip for 2 regular breakfasts with a pancake. No coffee or drinks and extra sausage. I'll never go to this location again that's for sure but honestly, for this price I'll just pick a fancy...

I don’t put zero start bcz is not an option but this place is not worth your money. I when today with my boyfriend, he ordered an omelette trois fromage (cheddar, suise and mozzarella cheese). The waitress didn’t told us that inside the omelette was only cheddar cheese, My boyfriend made a complaint about it and the answer was that the others cheese were disponible and the cook decided to doble added only the cheddar cheese. We totally understand that maybe the kitchen run out of cheese last minute but we are the customers and we are paying for something announced on your menu is your obligation as a restaurant to informe customers about those changes.
