I’ve been a loyal customer from the first day it opened. Unfortunately, as the months have gone by, it’s been a disappointment after disappointment. I’ve asked for less sugar and less ice and they never fail to mess it up; i ask them to take away a topping and they charge it as an extra… like make that make sense????
