We came in on a Monday night to get Sushie around 6:00 pm we waited for 30min to be served there was already two clients that took there order sitting down. When they finally took our order of two orders of chef choice 22 piece of Sushi. I got my plate and my friend waited 20min and we finally got up and ask where her order was it was sitting behind on the counter for 15min because they never told us it was ready… the Sushie was cheap, they put lettuce in all the pieces including the fake crab in everything there was even the fake crab on the nigiri Sushi, unbelievable. And the Sushie was horrible rolled it was all falling apart in our chop sticks. I go to the one in Delson so often and never experience this much disappointment in my life. When I entered they didn't aknowledge me at all, I waited in silence for 15min because I didn't want to bother them since they looked like they were overwhelmed. A dasher next to me told me they were always late at this restaurant and it's just the way it is. Eventually they ask about my order and I show her my phone and then she goes: Oh yeah I see shouldn't be too long. I got my food at around 7h50 and its because I was always passed by doordash orders that just arrived. She offered me a sprite and some 3 imperial rolls for the troubles and I paid full price. Got back home and we are missing my girlfriend's veggie miso soup and the rolls are cold and soggy. My girlfriend will have to eat something else tonight unfortunately. I do not recommend this...
Read moreWorst service I have ever had. I ordered by phone, the man who answered said it will be ready in 15mn. We arrived 30 mn after our call, the woman said "which order are you talking about" they said they didn't have it. I said it was a man who took it, she called the man and he had to print the order again because they forgot to prepare it.
They then told us they couldn't fulfill the order because the fryier didn't work. Ok not their fault, things happen. But I am pregnant so I asked them what is it that I could order, they didn't even listen and spoke to me like I was dumb, saying it's not their job to choose what I want.
Geez, I couldn't handle it so I left. I will not order there anymore. And I can tell I was a good regular client...
