I went there with some friends to have wings and a good time. Instead of you having a good time I ended up being extremely disappointed. Firstly, the wings were the smallest that I've ever seen in the universe the size of each wing was as if it came from a pigeon. The place was half empty but the waiters were disorganized and service was extremely slow. The waitress that was serving us wasn't even able to tell us that Jack Daniels liquor shots were on special. We ended up buying Jack and cokes at full price. After finding out that you needed to have a minimum of five shots I requested if we can have the extra shot since we had Jack and cokes. She told us that that's not possible and that she doesn't feel like changing the order that we had. I had a feeling that the service was very much similar to the service offered in communist times in Central Europe. Although, covid has greatly impacted the level of service and restaurants, the service in this establishment was absolutely horrendous.
When paying, the waitress was more interested in staring at her screen in a computer then taking care of us. When leaving I told her that it's her loss with an attitude like that. She answered I don't think so.
Although this place is a customer of one of my friends, Tony, that was with us, wanting to support businesses he does business with. At the time the owner of the place was there but I assume he was really not interested in knowing what is going on on the floor of his restaurant.

   Read moreCame for dinner on the 13th of July. It was busy but not packed. We ordered food for a family of 4, and the drinks arrived quickly. Thatâs where things went south. After 30 mins the waitress stopped by to tell us the food would be out soon but didnât offer refills on any drinks. At the 45 min mark, the owner/manager stopped in with free nachos to tell us that there was an error in the kitchen and food was being pushed to us asapâvery kind of him. The nachos were great. Our server seemed embarrassed and stopped coming to the table. I get it, it sucks when you make a mistake, but weâre really chill. The food arrives. It looks good but is cold. We eat it. My wife asked for no onions in the salad, and it was packed. She picked them out. Again, weâre very easy to please. The original server stopped by and apologized. I told her, âno worry, weâre on vacation and in no rush to go anywhere.â I asked for another beer and an ice tea. She said right away. Fast forward 30 mins when she drops off the bill. I told her donât worry about the beer as she didnât bring it. All that, the service was poor but very friendly. The food was good but cold. I placed an order over the phone; wings, a salad and chicken nuggets (kids meal); I picked it at but when I opened it at home, the nuggets were missing, I called, they told me the kitchen forgot, so I asked for a refund, I was told I had to go to the restaurant the same day for the refund (yes in 2025); I cooked something for my kid, because his meal (already paid) was missing; and I went to the restaurant, when I arrived they told me they don't refund on cards; they will send me an interac transfer next day; I was already upset because of the missing food; so I express my frustration to the manager sayin "not only you forgot part of my order but also you told me to come "today" and now you are telling me that I didn't need to come, and it can't be done today" her answer was "I'm sorry about that", I understand people can do mistakes, is the way you treat your customers when something like this happen who makes customers loyal to the business.
