PFK — Restaurant in Longueuil

Horrible! went in to order and eat in. No one at the counter to take orders. Other people waiting to be served. One young new girl in the kitchen with one young man and one person taking drive through orders. Chaos! One man who was waiting for his take out order had been waiting 35 minutes to get it. My husband finally got served but was never told it was going to be a long wait instead this guy said he could not serve him as the shift was changing, he came back in the end to take the order. We then waited another 20 minutes to get the food which never came, only one other person else got their food, others who were there before us were still waiting. We took a refund and NO food. I usually order from this kfc and it has never been an issue till today. It's usually very juicy and flavourful and not hella SALTY. Tell me why the chicken feels like they recooked it from the leftovers of yesterday's, it taste super horrible. It's super salty that I cannot even eat without taking a sip of water every 2 bites, did you guys dip it in sea salt or something. Also, it literally smells like pork.. you guys make chicken. We politely request to have a new batch of CHICKEN and FRIES waited for 20 minutes, after 5 minutes we’re home, it’s not fresh. What’s more, they also gave us a COLD gravy. Also the burger slider is unbelievably deceiving. We’ll never order again here even if they’re open until 5am.

We ordered takeout meals primarily for convenience, allowing us to enjoy hot, prepared meals without having to cook ourselves because of a very tiring day at work you just want to be served right. I would like a refund.☹️
