Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Longueuil

I went to the drive-through on election day, at around 10:20 am. I purchased a egg english muffin with maple bacon, and upon opening the wrapper, I realized they had dumped a whole bunch of maple sauce inside the english muffin sandwich. Personally, at the age of 19 and having worked at two fast-food chains, I have no freaking idea how there was no quality check on what I was given. Not even exaggerating, it was the worst thing I have ever attempted to eat in my life, every single bite felt like I was consuming my maximum daily intake of sugar. I understand the lack of workers for many of these businesses, but I believe there is no worth in keeping workers that have 0 compassion for what they give out. Worst service ever at a Tim Hortons I've seen! Somehow there always seems to be a machine not working, ether the toaster, the ice cap machine or they run out of ice! They're francophone and treat you terribly if u speak english (despite being fully bilingual myself, you must serve me in the language I speak) They always fill Ice Caps that you pay for a medium and they fill it almost as a small and are SUPER slow in doing so! And if you ask for anything extra example whip cream, you'll be given barely a squirt (same for sauces) whereas other Tims do it properly. Obviously I'd rather drive further than this Tim Hortons to get better service!! Don't go there if you're anything but French...

My Father ordered take out of 3 coffees and a box of 6 doughnuts. Opened the coffee to see how full it was and noticed the cream inside was curdled ( ordered a double double). The coffee was not hot so it couldn’t have been a reaction and after stirring it, the floating cream was right back to the top. I called and had to leave a message as no one answers their phone. At this point, we aren’t returning, however clearly their sure shot machine either needs to be cleaned or changed. It was tossed and hopefully others...
