We ordered 4 x chicken wings with the expectation that it will be 4 pieces of the whole wing as shown in the picture below on the menu on the website. Yet we only got 4 small pieces of mix drumette and mid joint for 12$. Not sure if it's like this in all the Thai Express restaurants or only this specificplace. In the former case, it is a false advertisement.

Horrible service!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Wish I could put -10000xx Went there a couple days ago paid with my Visa card and 2 receipt came out 1 said approved and other one said refused so they told me it didn’t went thought so I paid them cash ... the next day I checked my online banking and the transactions from Thai express was there so I went back and showed them so they could refund my money back but they were arguing with me that they couldn’t refund my money and giving me attitude like it was my fault that they charged me twice!!! No excuses nothing!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! I had to fight with them for almost 1 hour so they could refund my money ... at the end they refund it on my card but was mad as hell ... can’t believe I had to do all that just so they could refund me!!! BUNCH...

Although the gentleman who served me was very polite, both him and the female who cooked my order maybe misunderstood what it is to serve the correct meal. I ordered a soup and got a meal. I strongly believe it was caused by a lack of language skills. They communicated in an oriental language and it was about my meal. If spoken in either French or English I may have caught the error.

As for the meal itself the curry soap with tofu turned rice meal was no good at all and we had to add flavour to get it to an acceptable standard. My tao Thai was ok but I have had better from a box at IGA.

I wanted to order pad thai without any bean sprouts but was told I would have to pay $2 extra to add noodles. I never asked for extra noodles and I've been making this request at several other Thai expresses in the area. The cashier was very arrogant when I told him that I am unable to eat the bean sprouts because I am pregnant (told by my doctor not to eat them) but he simply didn't care and still wanted to charge me extra noodles EVEN THOUGHT I NEVER ASKED TO ADD EXTRA NOODLES, JUST REMOVE AN INGREDIENT!
