Not sure if this is the right location, I am reviewing the stand alone Tims next to the McDonalds, NOT the one attached to the ESSO. The place looks nice and new, and the compliments end there. They are usually understaffed, the wait time is considerable. The employees that are present usually seem rushed and in a bad mood in general (which i understand sometimes, but not EVERY visit). I usually work late evening and by the time I pass by (sometimes as late at 11pm) they are usually out of most sandwich makeable ingredients. Cheese, tomatoes,the other night they had no bread whatsoever. I understand that is is more difficult to cater an entire menu at these hours, but if it's a problem that consistently happens every night then maybe change the menu? I think its reasonable to assume that if you are open you should be able to serve whats on your menu. Also, very small and poor choice of pastries. I went in all happy and asked for and extra large coffee black. the girl then said "desole je parle pas anglais" (???? Cafe and coffee arent to different but ok) I say Okay jaimerais un cafe extra large noir... she says huh tu veux un cafe large noir??
At this point im fustrated...
i pay for my coffee and walk out.. My problem with this is simple
A. cafe and coffee sound the same B.your working at tim hortons.. if you don't know what the word coffee is in english theres a problem C.I realize all the issues going on between french and english.. But i am fully bilingual.. i always talk english to the other cashiers there...and i've never had this experience in a tim hortons before.. this girl was just being ignorant.

Ordered online for drive-through; I arrived at the speaking machine nobody is answering, went straight to the window and the lady directly accused me of not being patient, said I should be waiting there for TWO MINUTES??? Okay then she told me they don’t have crispy chicken and asked me to go to another store. I said I already paid online if you don’t have the item then give me a refund. She does not understand what I said and kept asking me to go to the other Tim hortons, while the order is placed exactly at their store. I did not get my food neither my refund in the end.
