I absolutely love Tim Hortons! Their coffee has become an essential part of my morning routine—I can’t imagine starting my day without stopping by. Given the choice, I’d pick Tim Hortons over Starbucks or any other coffee chain without hesitation. However, one major issue keeps bothering me: mobile orders. This review is not about any particular Tim Hortons franchise. More often than not, I end up waiting longer than customers who place their orders at the counter, even if I ordered well in advance. In many cases, the staff don’t even seem aware of my mobile order until I go up and ask about it—only then do they start preparing it. For comparison, McDonald’s handles mobile orders much more efficiently, processing them in sequence without delays. This is something Tim Hortons really needs to improve, as it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if I still have to wait longer or remind them about my order. I truly hope they address...
