Benny&Co. — Restaurant in Longueuil

Great service and although they were have some technical difficulties with drains, I appreciated the upfront information about what to expect. I know its not always like this because I have been here a few times in the past. This time, I was with my uncle and cousin to have them experience this place.

I learnt last time, I came here, there is a difference between here [Benny&Co] and the place we used to purchase from Benny Rotisserie. The food is absolutely delicious here. I'm not in their district so they won't delivery but the food is mouthwatering delicious that its worth going to either sit and eat, order and pick up or use their drive thru.

Side note: if you eat-in and order something with coleslaw and/or gravy sauce, you have unlimited refills. I love thier gravy so I took then up on that opportunity 😋

Ordered 3 meals, 2 club sandwich one that came with 1 missing triangle and one wrap meal. They “forgot” to bring the fries with the wrap. Called and politely complained however the manager came on the phone and spoke down to me in a condescending tone..basically calling me ridiculous for also mentioning that both other boxes came with LESS than a handfull of fries. He was arguing with me back and forth to the point where I felt like I was arguing with a friend and not someone who should be in a position of authority/manager at a restaurant. Big fan of Benny but will never be going to this sucursale again. Incompetent people giving incompetent customer service.. PS I am far from a complainer in general but this guy on the phone was toooo much! Absolute worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I placed an order and called to switch to pick up-was told that they can cancel my order or I can pick it up. I said to cancel my order. They said it’s cancel but to call MY BANK for a refund. How does that make sense? I ordered a service thru the company and they can’t deliver to my area even though I placed the order online and it was accepted.

When I cancel they order, they won’t refund me, I have to call my bank.
