I noticed the dumbos of Aylmer like to applaud some of the staff at this location, but never mention the best worker Tim Hortons has across ALL it's locations. Where is the love for Drew?
FACT: When Drew is working, even the slow moving farm animals that live in Aylmer actually leave fast. Why? Because Drew is the best in the business when it comes to prompt service. So, Drew provides the QUICKEST service in the country. When he's working, there IS NO LINE UP. Line ups only happen when people want to discuss business with Drew (afterall, he is clearly a logistical mastermind who has graciously blessed the Town with his superior intellect when it comes to quick delivery services).
Is Drew underpaid? 100%. This man should be earning probably over $30+ an hour, since he can serve 5-7x the customers that a typical Tim Hortons worker can. Drew is also very popular with his coworkers, and I notice he can even turn the soured expressions of old women who work at Tim Hortons into happy smiles.
I believe the town of Aylmer owes a great debt to Drew. He's been given gifts before, but I believe we should elect him Mayor of Aylmer. The roads would never be slippery (Drew would handle that), things would happen quickly (Drew realizes that time is a precious commodity, unlike many others in the town of Aylmer). Needless to say - he should probably be the owner of the Tim Hortons locations in Aylmer.
The next time you go to Tim Hortons, see if there is no line up. No line up = Drew is working. Give the man alcohol, extra money, or whatever. He...
Read moreAfter coming out of this store today, I'm sure I will not be going back in. First, I came through the drive-thru with my father, and as we both go to Tim Hortons regularly in Tillsonburg, we ordered the same thing we always order: an iced coffee made with milk, and a tea with one sugar in, and milk on the side. Both drinks were made wrong. My father then went inside to have his drink corrected, repeated his order and waited again, and they made wrong again: this time with 3 sugar in it. My father (politely) asked "how many sugar are in that?" And the employee responded with "three" and began walking away. My father said "it should have one", and this employee ROLLED HER EYES at my father and said "well you should have told us that". We went through the drive thru, and we told you that. We CAME INSIDE AND TOLD YOU AGAIN. The implication this girl is making is that my father doesn't know what his own order is? The service is appalling, and the attitude towards customers simply asking to receive what they ordered is even worse. That girl should be retrained if she's working with people, she looks about 13 and was awful to us. Better yet? She stormed off again before my father could tell her the iced coffee was made with cream instead of milk, which I cannot drink as I am sensitive to the fat in cream. I ended up leaving with a drink I cannot drink (but paid $3 for), and my father left feeling unheard and abused, just because he wanted his milk on the side. Talk to your staff please, these kids and their attitude are losing...
Read moreTheir farmers egg wrap with no chipotle sauce, and double grilled is very good. Now we just need for Timmies to be open 24 hours.
More details sure. Have a large OPEN sign. Update the Google local page for Tim Hortons, the other Tim Hortons in Aylmer is claiming to be open 24hr on their Google local page. Put a yield or stop sign where the drive thru ends so people will clearly know who has the right of way. I see people leaving the drive thru and taking a left (20ft from drive thru window) and they pull right into traffic like they have the right away. Somehow you need to get the people that are passing out hot drinks to double check that the top is on properly and make sure they don’t bang it into somebody’s car window and they are passing it and it gets spilled. I’ve had a number of Tim employees after I pass them money pass me drinks while they’re looking the other way at the till. There should be a place that people can put in money tips for the employees that’s clearly marked tips on the outside of the drive-through window, and also at the...
