When I was told by the locals that this was "The worst Subway in existence" I didn't believe them. After visiting this weekend, I do now.
First of all, there were two workers at the Subway counter. One was prepping bread and the other was cleaning bathrooms. The girl prepping bread refused to help us and yelled at the guy cleaning bathrooms to come help us.
My partner who is GF ordered a salad. The worker was going to serve it to her whole (instead of chopping it) and made the snarkiest comments when she asked for it to be chopped up (seriously, who's eating whole pieces of lunch meat on their salad!?). In the end, the salad she received was maybe 1/3 of the container it was in. This was the most pathetic salad I've sever seen.
My sandwich was fine except for the fact that the bacon was microwaved in the gas station microwave right on the bottom. No plate or paper towel under it at all.
When we went to pay, the guy who made our food just handed us a receipt and told us to go pay at the gas station counter. When we went over there, he refused to help us and made the girl prepping bread stop and come ring us in.

I asked for my cold cut sandwich not toasted, he toasted it. They offered me lettuce 6 times each time I refused and asked for spinach, after I said no the 6th time he walked away from me and started on the order for the people behind me, without putting the spinach on my sandwich. Another artist came to finish my sandwiches, he left 1/4 of my sandwich without toppings when I tried to point it out to him he just stared at me. My son's sandwich was so loaded with salt that we had to throw it out and find him something else to eat. They didn't get all of the toppings we asked for on the sandwiches. The lettuce was brown. When I asked for my receipt I was given the debit receipt but not the Subway receipt, without that receipt I don't have the store # to complain directly to Subway. Read moreThe worst subway experience ever!!! I'm a regular customer who order at least twice a week. Today my partner pick up my order and it's not ready. I requested to cancel the order but phone and the owner said they were making it already so I can't cancel it. So I went to the Subway again myself, they are not even making it at all. I went to the owner and requested to cancel it again. He said the $ is in the head office and nothing he can do. The problem is, it shows ready to pick up on the app which I can't cancled my oeder nor get my $ back....
Very disappointed experience.... Be cautious everyone!!!
Still didn't get the refund nor any message from the head office of Subways...
