If I could give -10 I would! We have been ordering from these guys the last couple of months and everything has been of okay quality and reasonably priced... They obviously have new staff that have never worked in a customer service role in their life. We followed up after an hour and a half to find out where our food was to have the original person that took our order screaming about how we gave an incorrect address and phone number in the background. He was saying we said our number was 604-167.... NO maple ridge number starts with a 1 and the address the girl read back to us was wrong as well! The girl on the phone was lovely and apologetic and said she'd get our order out immediately. 20 min later the wrong order is delivered... It has meat and I'm a vegetarian!!!! I called back and got the original person that took our order who was rude and horrible after I asked for a manager and they weren't in but said they'd deliver the correct order asap. They called back 10 min later and said 'well can you not just get it next time?' I reluctantly agreed and said we'd also like a discount as we paid FULL price for the wrong order that already came. He wouldn't agree to that and also refused to give the manager's name. My Mum called back to ask for the manager's name and he SCREAMED at her and refused. I managed to get the manger's name another way and we will also be complaining to their franchise head office tomorrow. We are easy going people and mistakes get made but the customer service was disgusting and disrespectful. They seem to be struggling with staffing issues as their deliveries are inconsistent etc which is fine but this is unacceptable. Rethink your choice of establishment if you're thinking of ordering as will we. Remember Cammy's you lose 1 customer, you lose 20. I wish Silver Valley had more options for delivery! 😢
EDIT: I called the next day to speak to a manager, again I was put on to the rude cook as the manager wasn't available. He shouted at me about something that had obviously been happening with another lost customer. He was confused, irrate and had no idea who I was. This happened last week, it is now Wednesday and still I've been unable to speak with the manager due to them not being in the shop. I'll be trying again today and if I can't get through I'll complain to the franchise head off. Some of you may be thinking... All this for a pizza? It's not about the pizza. Read moreI was searching for a place that provided whole wheat crusts. Camy's came up in my search. I ordered on-line, got a confirmation and picked up my order in 30 mins. When I got it home, the pizzas had regular crust. One of the extra toppings I ordered was missing as well. I called them, and was told they don't have whole wheat crust...at all. The website wouldn't let me order a small with WW crust, but they had medium and large available with WW crust. The box came with a big WW crust available banner across it. The man on the phone said he typed in the comments that they didn't have whole wheat. I have no idea what he's on about. There was nothing on the webpage confirmation, or on my e-mail confirmation. He made no attempt to rectify the situation, except to offer a discount the next time I'm in. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. This was my second visit and the second time they messed it up. What kind of fool would I be to go here...
Read moreThe pizza is delicious. I've never had a bad experience with the staff. I'm only giving 3 stars because they are heavily understaffed. They seem to have a problem keeping staff at both the pizza counter and the gas station. Yesterday I called 7 times in a 30 minute period, each time letting the phone ring until it disconnected. When I arrived at the storefront, I walked in and immediately called. The phone rang no problem. I did tell the cook that I had been calling and showed him how many times I called. He was very apologetic and had my pizza ready very quickly. I did however notice that while waiting, the phone rang a few times and again, they chose not to pick up as there was only two of them working in the back and again, they had far more orders than they have help.
