This bagel shop serves the most exceptional bagels we've ever tasted. If timing aligns, you might witness their freshly baked creations emerging golden from the oven—still steaming with that heavenly, pure flour aroma. Equally commendable are their bread loaves: served warm and crisp, with staff gladly custom-cutting slices to your preferred thickness. Of course, that first-bite freshness comes at a premium: prices run notably higher than bulk retailers like Costco or Walmart. Whether that’s worthwhile ultimately boils down to how you value quality versus quantity. It's a shame so many local shops in the city overlook ambiance—this spot included. Just imagine how much more delightful visits would be if they embraced Euro-American bakery aesthetics: cozy bistro nooks, rustic wooden display cases, and hand-painted artisan signage. That inviting vibe, perfected in Asia's chic bakeries, would transform bagel runs into pure sensory escapes.

I never really liked bagels. I thought all bagels were alike. Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, the grocery store, all the same…..until I had bagel Nash! This place blew me away. It was so good that I went back the day after for more. I ordered the Montreal bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. The bagel just got off the conveyor belt. It was warm, soft, perfect doughiness, the everything bagel season was so tasty. The cream cheese was fresh and not hard and heavy. I also got the everything bagel with egg salad. The bagel was almost the same ad the Montreal bagel but a little lighter, not so dense. This was also hot and fresh out the oven. Both bagels were so good that I went back the very next day for two more. I’m starting to look like a bagel and have no one else to thank but bagel Nash

Been here so many times, yet first time reviewing! Love bagel nash! Awesome bagels and amazing Jewish treats! Came here back in December when I was I. The area and was super excited cuz they have the best rougalle! It’s nice amd crisp and so soft once you break that exterior! Cuz I came in December they also had Hanukkah donuts aka sufganiyot. These were so soft and had a nice light bread like texture! And had so many delicious fillings like hazelnut, dULCE de leche and custard! I know where to get my sufganiyot cravings filled when the next time it comes out is! Great job overall and cannot wait to come back for more rougalle! Management needs to re-train employees. For example, today, I went to the Bagel Nash on Bayview Avenue and ordered 25 dollars of bread and food. After the transaction, I asked for a plastic bag. The clerk looked at me and asked me for 5 cents for a plastic bag. I would have requested a plastic bag if she had asked me before totaling my purchase and having me pay. I did not have any cash on me, so I had to leave the store and carry five items out the door with no bag. The absolute idiotic behavior of trying to charge a customer 5 cents for a plastic bag has lost my business. I won't return to this bakery again as they have no concern for their customers. Shame on management and employees.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After reading the reply from management I was shocked!!!! First of all, I provided all facts accurately. Secondly, I did spend 25 dollars. Third I did not have any bag from Longos if I did I would not have needed a bag at all. I didn't use foul language and didn't swear at anyone. Not only have you lost a customer over a 5-cent bag but you then make up a story with complete lies. Management clearly has no respect for the customer or the truth. One thing we agree upon - I won't be back to this bakery. I now feel sorry for anyone who works for...

My family's been a regular customer here since 1998 back when this was the only location in Ontario. If you're looking for fresh bagels this is the place. It tastes great and is fairly priced. If you happen to be there at the right time you will see them being rolled off the conveyer belt freshly baked in small patches so they are always fresh even throughout the day! My favourite is the Montreal. You can buy them by the dozen, half dozen, or individually. Just pick them out yourself in the wire baskets. They also sell different kinds of spreads and toppings along the side. They'll even assemble one together for you and warm it up - very convenient if you just one or two for the road. Only reason for giving them 4stars rather than 5 is because back when they had just opened their second location up in Vaughan, the bagels suddenly changed. They weren't great tasting bagels anymore and it stayed that way for awhile. When I confronted them, Staff insisted everything is the same nothing changed. So, I'm not sure what happened. Anyway, so we stopped going there for some time. But now, I would like to update (and am I ever glad) that his place is back to pumping out its original delicious...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Bagel Nash. The staff's behavior was downright unpleasant and unprofessional. Despite the fact that service dog certifications do not exist in Ontario, they demanded proof of certification for my service dog. I tried to educate them about the law and even showed them my doctor's note, which clearly established the legitimacy of my service dog. My intention was to help them differentiate between genuine service animals and fake ones in the future. However, their response was shockingly ignorant and insensitive. They still insisted that they didn't want a dog in their food establishment, completely disregarding my rights and needs. Feeling disrespected and frustrated, we had no choice but to leave and take our business elsewhere. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of understanding and empathy in a supposedly customer-oriented business. I would strongly advise others to reconsider giving this establishment...
