Bourbon Street Grill — Restaurant in Markham

Terrible customer service. Never coming here again. I used to actually frequent this place, and the food is actually decent, but the customer service is horrible. I ordered a combo with a fountain coke beverage, and after returning to my seat, I realized the coke was half coke half water. As I approached the counter, I saw one of the staff taping a piece of white paper over the coke (seen in the photo). When the next person asked for a draft coke they were told that they're sold out. I tried to ask for their attention but was told to wait in line again (fine). When I got to the front, I handed them the coke to show it was clearly watered down, and asked for a proper coke. They said they couldn't as they didn't have any more draft coke. I went through several options, and was basically told:

1. They wouldn't issue me a refund for the draft coke
2. They wouldn't hand me a bottle of coke without charging me for it (even though by volume, bottled coke is LESS than the draft coke cup)
3. They would offer me another draft pop (disgusting, any drink besides coke you might as well lick vomit off the ground).

Ended up having to pay for a bottle of coke which is ridiculous, hence will never...

I'm a regular customer and it's funny how they gave out other people coupon card (where you get FREE combo meal for every 10 combos you buy) for a free meal but haven't given me that card even though I'm a regular and constantly buy multiple combo meals! I don't know if its because of racism but I had to ask for that card and they just had lots of those cards just on the counter and did it not occur to them to it to to customers and not be selective or exclude customers?!?!

ALSO, when the meat is almost gone and I asked when the new meat is coming they kept giving me vague answers and telling me I have to wait an hour when all the meat is gone and again I don't know if they are lying about the time. It was a weekend and thats they're busiest time and wouldnt they have prepared that meat ahead of. Time. Maybe they already have it but lie to me so I would have the old meat and they wait until I'm gone to give the new meat to other customers....

If I could rate minus 1 I would. Never have I experienced bad customer service the way I did here. DO NOT GO its so dirty and they are not following procedure. A chicken piece fell down on the counter and they tried to put it back on my food. The lady there is so rude and expected me to eat that chicken piece. First time there and rushed me to order, when no one else was in line. The young boy there was friendly and offered me a sample and told me to try to different chickens since I didn't know which one to go with the lady was watching and said no no only one sample. Which is fine I understand. But when I asked for spicy sauce, she touched the Sriatcha sauce with her hand, which had no gloves nor did she wash her hands and when I refused this sauce, because it was not clean and asked for a She got upset and said no other spicy sauce. RUDDDDEEEE. Think twice going here everyone. Not the best...
