Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe — Restaurant in Markham

Really wanted to like this place and had been wanting to stop by for a while, but unfortunately was so disappointed with what we got. The service was very friendly, but I wouldn’t go back for the food.. we bought a mini matcha and mini mango cheesecake, and received two frozen ones. They did tell us as they were handing us the box (after we already paid) that they were frozen and to leave them out for 1-2 hours. I was not expecting to get frozen cheesecakes from a “cafe”? What if we wanted to sit in and eat them right then? I understand if they’re made at another larger location, but even Chatime wouldn’t give us frozen basque cheesecakes from Bake Code... Wanted to give them a chance anyway and left them out as instructed. They did not thaw well. The mango cheesecake was practically melted, though the flavour was decent. The matcha texture was a bit better (it at least stayed together), but was bland. They were also tiny for the price. Hate to leave a negative review, but truly was so disappointed by this and hope it...

Cheesecake was awesome! Super creamy, super smooth. I wanted to keep some of it to share with the fam, but before I knew it, it was all gone. I did only buy the small size one, so that’s actually a perfect size for 1 to 2 people

Service was great. Super quick and they also include a little card on how to eat the cheesecake to your liking

Not much of an atmosphere as it operates solely on takeout orders and is pretty much a big kitchen with retail space at the front, but this could definitely be the start of something great!

In terms of parking, there’s a lot with ample space considering this plaza doesn’t get too busy.

As others have pointed out, the cakes are frozen. Would be nice if it says somewhere or is advertised that the cakes come frozen. Ordered 3 cakes for pick up at noon and when I arrived at 12:05 the store wasn’t even open yet. Waited until 12:15-12:20ish and left. Scheduled for pick up at noon because I needed them for 12:15 (I live close by) but ultimately didn’t get to pick up until after my guests left around 1:30. Not to mention I kept calling and calling and no one would answer the phone. Didn’t have the flavour I chose either. I would give this location zero stars if I could. Alls to say I will not be coming back or repurchasing and will share my experience with anyone that I know that mentions wanting to try this place out....
