Pizza 786 — Restaurant in Markham

I just ordered an Extra Large Pizza with 3 toppings walk in special. I was told the wait is 15 minutes. I went to the car to grab something and came back in 10 minutes. The pizza was already ready and I was surprised because usually pit takes 15-20 minutes for the piiza to be ready. I sat inside to eat it and felt the pizza was a little cold. Usually when fresh pizza comes out of the oven it is very hot and cheesy. The cheese usually stretches when you take a bite, but it felt like old slices.

I appreciate food and rizq provided from Allah Subhanahu Wa Taa'ala and looking at what is going in Palestine where people are picking grains from the ground to feed themselves that is why I am grateful for whatever I can get to eat. So instead of making a big fuss I ate the oizza. But the issue is they charged me full price, the pizza was ready in 10 minutes and it was cold which tells me I was given someone else's pizza which was ordered long before I ordered mine and that person didn't show up or they had an old pizza and added the extra toppings that I requested and just warmed up the pizza and gave it to. I have attached pictures which shows the pizza was old and not freshly made.

All I will say is be fair and be honest because Allah Subhanahu Wa Taa'ala doesn't like unfair measures when charged full price but the product delivered is not what the price charged was for. I have added an ayat from Qur'an and suggest you learn from this and be careful because you will lose barakah like this and will have to answer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Taa'ala on the day of judgement.

I had a horrible experience with pizza 786. Last year I used to get pizza from them because I lived close to it, initially food was decent. I liked their Philly steak pizza. While my dad was around I wanted to order something for dinner, I looked up on the website and I call the place and I go through the menu to order something, this guy at the store didn’t take my order instead he goes “ Brother, I’m getting another call. Wait on the line.” I ended up staying nearly 2 min and hung up the call. Btw their website pricing and in store pricing were different so the guy was confused and didn’t want to take the order.

I go to the store and order the Philly steak pizza. I bring it home and apparently these guy had run out of steak, instead of steak pieces they had made something with chilli flakes/powder shaped like steak(dark red in color) when you see it, it looks sus, I don’t know what was that but when you bite into it, it makes you cough like when you get chilly stuck in the throat. My family was disappointed with my order and questioned me what was in the pizza. Because there was not a single piece of steak and that is not acceptable.

After this they lost a long time customer, if you ran out of ingredients simply don’t take the order. Customer service has been always horrible, when you walk in to the store no greetings and they don’t even acknowledge that you’re there with their attitude. Even after the order nothing you can expect. Unless these issues are addressed the business is gonna lose...

Ordered 28 wings. They put them in a pizza box. Asked them to change it to a appropriate container..they said no and this is how we always do it. Wings were not covered in sauce properly and the sauce was spread all over the box!!! I want my money back.

O and by the way, I am posting your original reply which you have now edited for everyone to see. Here you offered to take care of the issue. Now you complain that the order is old and challenging to correct. You are a joke of a store!
