It baffles me how often they beg people for five star reviews, while they cannot even accomplish simple tasks other restaurants do no problem. Their poor quality food and beverages, horrendous customer service, and egregiously long wait for an empty box of fries outline their standards of horrible service. To start, everytime I buy one of their fountain drinks it is extremely watered down. For instance, I once bought a sprite that tasted more like water than the original drink. Also, they a put a tremendous amount of ice, such that it was more prominent than the liquid. In addition to the beverages, the food did not have much to offer. More often that not, I was given my food cold which ruined the overall experience. Had this been a one time occurence, it could be excused. However this was a consistent incident I would encounter. Clearly, the quality of food is not a priority at this location. As previously stated, their constant nagging for five stars is outrageous as their customer service does not reach a high standard. For example, their unprofessional attitude and low urgency makes ordering there incredibly excrutiating. Going inside the restaurant is an extremely grueling task. Futhermore, the unsanitary conditions of the eating and cooking areas is terrifying. Its not uncommon to sit down at a table covered in dirt, crumbs and stains. Also, the lack of hairnets in the kitchen can cause some nasty suprises.These factors ultimately lead to the restaurants declining status. Finally, the most impactful drawback of ordering at this restaurant tends to be the extensive wait times. One occurence resulted in me waiting over twenty minutes for a singular box of medium fries, whilst the store was empty apart from one other person. This is unacceptable as it has caused me to be late several times over the past year. Resulting in many tedious situations that stems back to their tardyness. Their slow delivery of "fast food" makes ordering at the establishment a risk. This explicity displays the low caliber of the restaurant. Read moreUnfortunately a business that tries to make its money by cutting corners and scamming its customers, rather than providing a good product and going for repeat business. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo....and the guy at the till tried to prompt me into getting a bottle instead of a fountain drink, and then asked if I wanted a gravy, and I said yes, not realizing it was replacing my fries, but so be it I can live with that, but then tried to push me to the large family size gravy for just a single combo. In each upsell case, he didn't indicate at all that there would be a further charge, but I made clear just give me what is included with the combo order and he cancelled and rebilled appropriately. To be fair, he was not unfriendly. Waited about 7-8 minutes for my order (Now the sandwich, a small gravy which replaced the fries, and a soda). Bun was o.k., but chicken in sandwich was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for a while and dry. Worse than that, to cut corners, they clearly cut the chicken breast down to paper thin for about half the sandwich, likely to use for chicken fingers or something. Also, did not taste like it was cooked in fresh oil. Reading other reviews here, I see plenty of others that note similar things where they get all bone and batter. This doesn't happen by accident...the meat doesn't just fall off on its own...this is the owner clearly cutting corners at our expense. Otherwise not the cleanest place, but not the dirtiest, for a fast food place.
Based on my experience, have to assume the 4.6 average review here is loaded with fakes.
I'm local and will certainly never be back here given all the other options for chicken...
Follow up: I see the owner replied, offering resolution. My response is no thank you...I simply won't be a repeat customer nor recommend to anyone else. Read moreWhile the trainer (Atlina) has an AirPod on where I don’t believe you should be while on the floor and serving customers. As a trainer you hold some sort of seniority level also supervisor like, therefore should lead by example. I feel very bad for the trainee as she is just being bossed around to do things in a very abrupt manner but not being trained to handle customers or the way things work.
My order was entered at 5:05:36 and did not walk out of the restaurant until 5:50 pm 45 minutes + waiting, I’m beyond irritated.
Rather than standing there and gossiping, they could have assisted in getting things moving a bit quicker, after all you’re a “supervisor” no?
It was not a big order and should have been out of there 15 minutes max
On the upside the lady who took my order was the only person pleasant

Regarding the trainers/supervisors name, it was all I could see as her name tag was improperly written.
