Very cheap with toppings & too many “mistakes”. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you do go, watch the person making your sandwich very carefully to make sure they are putting right portions of main topping such as meats & other optional toppings in your sandwich. There was an Indian woman who was making my sandwiches and I think she actually tried to rip me off by skimping on the meats on both of my sandwiches. I ordered 2 subs - a footlong meatball and a footlong spicy Italian sandwiches. She only put 7 meatballs (supposed to be 8) in the footlong meatball sub and 9 slices of pepperoni (supposed to be 10) in footlong spicy Italian sandwich. When she started to make my meatball sandwich, I was counting the amount of meatballs she was putting in my sandwich but it was kind of hard to see through the glass case and other obstructions in the way from my viewing angle. But I had a feeling that she only put 7 meatballs in my meatball sandwich but I wasn’t 100% sure. So I waited until my sandwiches came closer to my view when it was time to put the veggies on them. Now that I can see my sandwiches clearly, I noticed right away that 1 meatball was missing on my meatball sandwich. So I called her out right away, asking why is there only 7 meatballs in my sandwich. And then she started recounting the meatballs. But the way she was acting was very suspicious. She was counting them over and over about 5 times by separating each meat ball. Truth is, the size of each meatball is big enough that you can easily count them very quickly, accurately and should only take one time to count them. There’s no way that she’s that incompetent to not know how to count meatballs in just one shot. Honestly, if one meatball is missing in a footlong sandwich before putting on any toppings, it’s very noticeable to begin with because there’s quite of bit of empty space in the open sandwich due to the size of each meatball. Even after she finally admitted and confirmed that she “made the mistake” of putting only 7 meatballs instead of 8, she still seemed little hesitant to give me that 8th meatball but I finally got it. After the meatball incident, I wanted to make sure that my spicy Italian sandwich wasn’t being cheated with or “mistakenly get less meat on it”. So I asked her to recount the meat slices as well and she agreed to do so. Despite agreeing to recount the meat slices in my spicy Italian sub, she quickly grabbed all the salami slices from the sandwich and threw them back in the salami container without recounting them. When I watched her grabbing the salami slices into her hand, there seemed to be only 6-7 slices instead of 10 slices. She only recounted the pepperoni slices. And again, she recounted them over and over about 5 times. And then she admitted that she only put 9 slices instead of 10. So she gave me that 10th pepperoni. At this point, she completely lost my trust in her and her ability to do her job properly whether by scandalous intentions or by “mistake”. She’s made too many “mistakes” by now to consider them as honest “mistakes”. To me it just seems intentional that she tried to rip me off. Now, it’s finally time to add veggie toppings. And another drama.. When she was putting veggies in my meatball sandwich, the portion of each topping I received was so little even after I kept asking her to put more. Even with my consistent effort to get sufficient amount of veggies, I never seen such an anorexic & skinny looking meatball sub in my 25 years of experience eating at many different subway locations in North America. For my spicy Italian sandwich, I really stood my ground to get sufficient amount of veggies I normally get at every other subway locations I’ve been to. So I asked her to put more toppings many many times to get the amount I normally get at all other locations. So finally, my spicy Italian sub ended up looking like a regular size sub that I’m used to. This place is BY FAR THE WORST SUBWAY location I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ll never go again!

WARNING - BEWARE !! When most of the ingredients are unavailable show some courtesy to let the customers know, so they can either can change the sandwich or swap the ingredients. Not to mention the bread was not even toasted properly. When asked about the cheese the employee literally put her finger in my food to move the lettuce around. (it comes with 4 slice of cheese and I was given none - see picture) I left the sandwich at the store and asked for a refund which they refused, hence I complained online twice and received an automated email from the owner MR. Jadish Patel saying he will train his employees. On the left side you will see the subway advertised and on the right side is what I received.

Gave partial order and even the sub is very small with 1 or 2 veggies each. Had no cheese and the proportion/size is ridiculous. Called and told them about the partial order and they asked me if I can pick it up, which is not an option (why would I’ve ordered delivery?). When I also told her the sub is so small, she says it’s according to their recipe and hangs up the call (she sounds annoyed, but look at the photo to see whether I’m complaining nonsense). When looking at other reviews, many people say the same thing that she is intentionally making “mistakes” in proportions and quantities to reduce cost or whatever. Rude, unprofessional, food is bad. Worst subway sandwich/service I’ve had in my life.

Honestly I have no idea why this location is still allowed to be open. I had two bad experiences here. The first one was simply they forgot to put any sauce. And when I said something, the lady says of course I did. She said im simply lying. Which is ridiculous. The second time was a more serious incident, which I did report to SUBWAY®. I ordered online, and then came into the location. My order was not ready, so I joined the line. They were extremely busy that day. When she called and said next in line, I went up to the counter And told her I had a mobile order. She then proceeded to make my sub. I told her to please change her gloves since I’m vegetarian. I’ve never had a problem with this before. She refused. The owner came in and asked what the problem was. I told him that I wanted new gloves since she was handling meat in the order right in front of me. I told him I could actually see her handling meat. He told me extremely rudely to leave. I told him I made a mobile order and he said it’s canceled. So I replied back, I’m vegetarian and she was not changing gloves. He then screamed at me, and embarrassed me, and told me to get out. I was not rude. I was not yelling. And his behaviour was extremely offensive and inappropriate. If you are not changing gloves that is a hygiene issue. Please do not go to this location. Read the reviews. They...

It is June 8, 8:45 pm and I ordered a meatball marinara on Italian herbs and cheese.

DO NOT COME HERE.

Before that tho, I greeted a woman who was not friendly and didn’t say hi back. I continued to ask what the sub of the day was and she cut me off abruptly in a rude tone “we don’t do sub of the day”, which I thought was strange? Anyway, I believe I spoke quite clearly when I ordered otherwise she would have asked me to speak up but I was speaking to my wife and didn’t notice that she had brought out plain bread instead when I asked for Italian, otherwise I would have said something. I was more disappointed that she didn’t even bother to let me know if they had Italian bread or not so that I could choose something else if they had it available but I wasn’t about to ask her to change it and waste perfectly good food. Fast forward to cashing out and she’s standing there rolling her eyes not communicating, staring at us while we waited to pay. So we spoke up instead, “credit please” to which only then did she react and then shoved...
